To:
josh@gaw.com There's a number of live threads about GAW at the moment. We have a lot of people posting good things there, but there are also people doing the opposite.
I'm doing my best to balance it.
The recent increase in the negativity may have something to do with our friend waldohoover, who is a friend of reactor. You did a good job suppressing them but i'm almost certain they are still working against you on the forum.
One of the last messages by reactor was that you threatened his business associate, this might have been mr. hoover.
He recently made a new account and is advertising his business , which is a mining store and hosting company.
http://www.coiningsolutions.com/shop/ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=728773.new#new He's doing exactly the same thing as you just on a smaller scale, so the newbie accounts writing crap about you might belong to him or his friend reactor, as they can't use their own accounts to attack you.
Here's a thread where someone asked about you, one troll came and immediately said not to buy from you while another posted links to hoover's site.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=736291.msg8329414#msg8329414 There's a guy here asking if you will give refunds for people who ordered SP30 before the specs changed.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=731537.msg8327733#msg8327733 And of course the thread I gave you yesterday, we have our people posting positive comments there, if it goes hot again we'll react.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=731771.40 All over the forums people are worried about decreasing profits from mining. Someone in the genesis thread posted this graph:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=602022.msg8328623#msg8328623 New hosting company offering bitcoin contracts backed by silver.
Right now they are using KNC hardware, I asked about it and they said they won't buy from them. They are planning to buy some directly from China.
Maybe you could strike a deal and supply their data center if you could offer them a good contract.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=732733.msg8330882#msg8330882 KNC changed the Titan photo on their site. The miner looks similar to Neptune ( same case) and completely different from what they advertised.
They either have them in stock and the photo is real or just repainted one of the Neptunes Cheesy
https://www.kncminer.com/categories/litecoin-mining-hardware AMT still trying to wholesale their miners despite scamming people on preorders and not delivering. They chose to sell in bulk instead of sending the orders to people who already paid.
Unbelievable!

josh@btc.comStill leaving positive feedback in the threads.
Hopefully we'll have something more to say to them besides recalling those good old days when you could ROI with hashlets in 3 months Wink
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=720844.msg9468168#msg9468168Some positive comments in this thread, that hater is still trying to leave an impression of GAW being a ponzi:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=835464.msg9467421#msg9467421They were quoting this article of course calling the guy hardcore follower and so on.
http://cloudminernews.com/the-words-josh-wont-let-me-say/This is the main hate thread on reddit:
http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2l7myv/can_we_talk_about_gaw/To sum up the claims are as follows:
-hashlets were falsely advertised as "always profitable"
-there was no vaultbreaker
-the profits dropped and only people who invested early got their returns
-there's a risk hashcoin will be pumped and dumped
-hashcoin investment is a gamble and the coin itself was done too fast, so it may have a lot of bugs
-claims of talks with amazon and other companies that weren't proved
-you showed less miners and tdata centers than needed to prove you have as much hash power as you said you have, most of them accepted the photos as proof, but are still saying there was not enough miners.
-they don't think shops will be interested in hashcoin if they aren't interested in bitcoin
So the main problem is they get their hopes up, because we have a lot of advertising, people recomending, promotional campaigns, blogs, news sites and so on, but there's no real profitable product.
That's why more and more people every day are skeptical.
The haters that were banned on hashtalk are a margin, maybe 10 -15 people out of hundreds that invested.
Somebody posted a daily payout comment:
Prices on Prime Hashlets continued to fall throughout the past day. After polling sellers, it’s clear that they have a variety of reasons for selling. 40% responded that they were converting assets to lock in profits and provide disposable income. 14% sold to cover basic family needs and lifestyle changes. 26% are not clear on the future benefits of HashCoin and the remaining 20% had other specific reasons for selling their Primes.Prime HashletsPrime Hashlet prices fell back several dollars yesterday due to continued selling pressure. Best available price for a single 1 MH Prime is $36.75. Lowest unit price on a larger block is currently $35.30. We believe Primes are substantially undervalued at these prices. This morning 453 Prime Hashlet blocks are listed for sale.Market Sense: Hold until HashCoin release, many deals available below $40.Zen HashletsZen Hashlet prices are stable with the floor at $12.50. Best price for a single 1 MH Zen is $12.49. Lowest unit price on a large block is currently $11.91. This morning 1,334 Zen Hashlet blocks are listed for sale.Market Sense: Buy below $13.00 and hold until HashCoin release.Genesis HashletsGenesis prices continue to be stable on the Zencloud resale market, currently it’s the best choice if you’re looking for Bitcoin payouts. The floor is maintaining at about the $5.50 mark. Best price for a single 10 GH Genesis unit is currently $5.77, lowest unit price on a large block is $5.16. This morning 580 Genesis Hashlet blocks are listed for sale.Market Sense: A good value below $6.00.Other HashletsRecent price drops on Multi, Clever & Waffle Hashlets make them more attractive, but they offer little return with BTC below $400. The Expected Value (EV) is still significantly less than cost, unless you find liquidation prices on the open market.
A thread about Vaultbreakers, some guy was asking why they weren't delivered and if the zenminer - pi compatibility is being improved.
If one of your tech guys could answer them it would have been great.
https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=22017.msg217073#msg217073New thread about KNC titans on litecointalk, seems like their miners are burning out in just few weeks.

Every post? They can sometimes make a 100 posts a day, iI don't think we can handle every single one.
I'll let them know and start doing it at once, I'll give you a sample how we handled this tomorrow and let you decide if that's satisfactory.
If I had ~3 BTC for my guys per month (1 BTC each) they could probably spend 2x more time on this than they are doing now. Don't send me anything yet until you see the results in the next 1-2 days and then decide.

I'm sure I can get 2 or 3 guys that are posting for us at the moment to focus on asking for proof. We already did that in the reddit thread and the threads I showed you today in my previous email.
If they agree to do it we won't need much cash, as they are taking just 0.5 BTC/a month for this (each). It's not a full time job for them they are posting for maybe 2 h a day at the moment.
Also let me know what to do with people asking for a spot in the campaign and those asking if they should sign up after the 1st of December. If we continue in January I can sign them up, if not I'll just inform them that December is our last month and close down after Dec 31st.

I want this to happen for every single comment/claim a troll makes. And I want to go back to all the comments they have already made and do the same thing.
Call them truth seekers, does not matter to me. They only need to do one thing, ask for evidence.
Whatever you need for a budget, it's yours. Just tell me the number.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=530420.msg10010963#msg10010963I will be DISCONTINUING your well run GAW tag line campaign, with regrets (no reflection on Evil Panda or others here)
I can do virtual cloud mining (people can make choices)...I can do say show a Gambling tag line (ditto people are adults can make choices)
But I CAN'T do a paybase (paycoin) Tag line in that I am of the view it is not an ethical campaign (folks can do their own research on other threads and make their
own conclusions on GAW and Paybase etc...don't want to dirty up the thread here)

We added some posts into the paycoin thread.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=900970.msg10005265#msg10005265A new paycoin thread, people are calling it a failure, some are defending:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=911070.msg10005050#msg10005050Seriously, its not looking good. Hashtalk is melting down ... people are really getting riled up ... now its offline.
Gaw needs to do something if they want to restore some faith and, above all, trust. They made promises and now they pull back. Not good.
Paycoin made a name for itself in few days. I can't think of any coin that has done it in such short time. Call it ponzi, call it scam or whatever you want but it has achieved what all crypto can only wish for in such short amount of time.
Added a comment.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=911070.msg10013656#msg10013656People are asking in this thread how much GAW made on paycoin. Adding comments:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=911853.msg10013838#msg10013838I think Gaw developed a loyal following in the early days by selling hardware and cloud mining.
Apparently he treated his customers well and many will attest to making money.
Declining prices pretty much made hardware and cloud mining a losing proposition. That's when the Paycoin idea was hatched.
Was it a grand exit plan? Who knows.
They will think of something. They have the money to do it and they aren't people who pack their bags and run.
The facts are that people, who bought hashlets from GAW early made a lot of money, those who didn't because bitcoin went down and mined hashpoints instead, also made money.
If you mined paycoin you also made money, so IMO GAW is a succesful company.
If you came to the party to sell early and bail without profit, don't blame them, blame yourself.
The overal attitude remains negative and people are recomending to dump it.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=900970.msg10007756#msg10007756This paycoin thread went completely off topic.
