The government still doesn't trust bitcoin because they cannot grasp it. Bitcoin is out of the governments reach to actually affect it. The government is seeing bitcoin as a threat because its an outside factor, a currency they cannot fully regulate. Other reasons governments lash out is that cryptocurrency or bitcoin can be used for illegal stuff which they made laws to regulate it. Once the government realizes the benefits of bitcoin and instead of fighting it, coping with it is their best chance.

Because in bitcoin, besides the advantages, there are disadvantages that are quite dangerous! Anonymity is the cause of corruption, the spread of drugs and other illegal things. In addition, the crypto currency is very similar to a bubble.

Bitcoin is no way related to any government with any country .No government control over the bitcoin in any way since it is a decentralized one. Some government authorities are scared of bitcoin and they are trying to bring some sorts of regulations over it. Bitcoin is one of the greatest invention of the century which is totally changing the entire financial or economic concepts of the world ,so it will be doubtful to accept right from the very beginning. Now the technically advanced countries are mostly accepted the bitcoin along with their local currency and hence the bitcoins popularity and the usefulness to the public is increasing

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?
They cannot trust it because of the fact that it is still new and we need a lot of time to study cyptocurrecy. There are tons of advantages and disadvantages of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency so we dont have a power to tell the government of what we have know, lets just wait for a few moment, so that all government can think about it. I don't think it is new, Bitcoin is here for nine years and and a lot of experts said that Bitcoin will fall and lost its value, but look at Bitcoin now it keeps on growing and a lot of people are now using crypto currencies and the crypto currency community keeps on growing each year. Government already know about crypto currencies and they know that this technology will prevent them from corrupting or stealing people's money and this is one of the biggest reasons why they don't like this kind of technology.

If you have a network system that is directly a possible replacement for the current financial system or one day will ruin your grip and control, whether you will trust it in the first place. Bitcoin will encourage more money laundering because of the anonymity it provides. Ordinary people still do not understand Bitcoin and think of it as some kind of fraud.

There are two major reasons for this : 1. One is still most of the population in world is not having the knowledge of bitcoin as a digital currency. Second major reason is negativity spread by the non users about the future and prices of bitcoin. Without understanding they are forcing people to ignore btc.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?
for big countries they will not easily accept bitcoin maybe they will gather some knowledge first before the will accept it. Bitcoin is just a digital currency and there are lot of problem in digital currency unless there will be people that can shoulder the risk of bitcoin.

It is difficult to manage. Bitcoin would support more illegal tax avoidance because of the secrecy it gives.
General individuals still don't comprehend Bitcoin and consider it some sort of trick.

Countries like India and China should promote cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications but they are making regulations to stop scams and not seeing the bigger picture.

Bitcoin is a decentralized currency which means that not a single person or goverment can control it.With this,if the goverment cant control it then the goverment wont deal with it since it gives them no benefit. It would encourage more money laundering due to the anonymity it provides.People still don't understand bitcoin and think of it as some kind of scam.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?
because bitcoin is decentralized government didn't know the real price of bitcoin because every minute bitcoin price will change and I think that's the reason why government's didn't accept bitcoin because no clarification for the price.
