Is it only me, or consequence of new wallet, that the blockchain is stuck at 17901???

 Shocked

I also see that blokchain stuck at 17901, but in my wallet right now 17943.

A hardcoded checkpoint has been implemented at 17901.

Just sit tight - the new wallet is currently being tested. Upon release I must ask all of you to ditch all older versions permanently - including that nasty green wallet. All will be useless upon release of the new wallet.

All signs are positive so far so just sit tight.

You have literally been told contemporaneously with my receiving the information. If that's not good enough I don't know what is.

The green wallet is an old version - one of the reasons we have this whole sorry state of affairs. The actual wallet you should be using is the one linked in the OP. But that will not be on the correct chain as a mandatory checkpoint has been added and only wallets on one of the test builds will work.

The devs are testing, compiling, recompilling etc various versions with various changes or 'fixes' to ensure the problem has disappeared. Because the wallets have had a tendency to fork themselves after 7 hours or so of staking the devs are letting several test builds stake to see which ones make it through the danger zone without issue.

I am not in control here - But I'm always happy to keep people as up to date as possible. Expect a formal release once its is confirmed that the forking issues are gone - so perhaps 8 hours, maybe a bit longer to be safe.

You can imagine the shitstorm if multiple builds of test wallets were just chucked up here. It was bad enough having ONE crappy unfinished build uploaded here. We already have a problem with people uploading synced chains and wallets - we remind people to only ever download from the OP, never from a quote and never from anyone else but the dev team. That's how people loose their coins sadly.

Just sit tight until the dev incharge of wallet development releases the certified working build.

Most likely resume trading as soon as the developers have released a new wallet. With only this problem.

BigDaddy, I'm not here to discuss with you or any other, just to try, as anyone, to point out things in case they can be helpfull...

Anyway, I have re checked backwards and I have not seen any post from you letting us know the info you had, UNTIL we/I mentioned it...  Wink

Anyway again... The blockchain is rolling again... Any news you wanna share BigDaddy??

TIA

What news?

We need coin without such problems, that would be news lol "Nrtn network is working properly".

I don't hold Nrtn, sold with profit and want to rebuy but it's hard to invest again in coin with problems.
I hope Dev will fix it all soon.

I don't like where this expectant attitude is going. I am not here to be helpful to you. I thought i'd be nice and keep you guys in the loop but from now on you can wait for the dev account to post on a matter. If you want to be part of the Investors Club then you can buy 25,000 coins or more like the rest of us. There will be no further communication on any matter before the dev account posts on it.

Hey Bigdaddy, some of us still appreciate you keeping us in the loop instead of the darkness. Just to say thanks for all you do, you have helped me out a couple of times and I have found you to be very helpful. Just so you know  Grin
