kraken is my exchange of choice. they are very fast with processing cashouts and you have the money in your bank like no other exchange can in such quick fashion.

I sell bitcoins to a PTC site owner who then adds it to my account and I withdraw it via PayPal. Since he sends mass payments, it's the safest way for me and PayPal then transfers it to my bank account.

If you are dealing exclusively in Euros..

soo, they are not converting SEPA to dollar once they receive payment and all is processed in Euro? sounds cool to me..Smiley

Another vote for Kraken, especially if you are in the European SEPA zone. Quick deposits / withdrawals and a solid exchange indeed.

I have always used Localbitcoins, as BTC-e withdrawals are delayed in my place. But LBC is having its own disadvantages, and we can't trust that exchange as they frequently collaborate with the authorities. A few days ago, I received my Bit-X issued Mastercard. Now I can do the withdrawals anonymously, through ATMs.  Grin

I've used Safello (Swedish bitcoin exchange) whenever I need money fast (within 12-24 hours)

If it's not that urgent, usually Bitstamp to benefit from the current EUR/USD exchange rates.

SEPA transfers are only available in Europe at present. If you live anywhere else in the world you have to use the old fashioned wire transfer method which has high transfer fees. The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) is a payment-integration initiative of the European Union for simplification of bank transfers denominated in euro.

I never sell my coin, the price is too cheap at present. I may consider to sell it when the price reach a new level.

Chinese exchanges like okcoin, huobi, btc38, in 2013 I traded bitcoin on btc-e.com, I have traded altcoin in cryptsy, bittrex, mintpal, poloniex, but I sold them to altcoins, not fiat there.
