Well its not actually PHP in the strictest sence, cos its pre package software you have just installed and are now modifying for your own ends.

Good thing with PHP its very easy to fuckup, and very easy to make insecure, and very very easy to make a mess off. Your 2 out of 3, if you can just get the middle one youll have a winner and another failed language for coding.
