betterbets is back again and working nice for me, that problem with cloudflare has been resolved so now i am able roll dice there again with super speed, this month Raffle prize $150 is awesome so i hope will get this time.  |

my autobet just stop working . after refresh few times still Error 522 . so is the site down or just me .
We experienced a cloudflare issue which impacted some users, based on their geographic location. The update itself had nothing to do with the outage. Everything seems back to normal now. |

Cloudflare is having issues and found a bug on their end, one of their engineers is looking into it. Please bare with us as we resolve the connection issues occurring presently.
Once they have resolved the issue and we are back running full throttle, we will run a Happy Hour of 0.25% house edge to compensate for the downtime. Thank you all for understanding.
edit: Cloudflare stated "I can't give a resolution ETA at this time.

For those asking for an ETA.
It seems that the connection issues we were facing have been resolved and that we're back to normal functionality. We apologize for the problems caused but it was a network issue which which was beyond our control. In order to compensate our users for the difficulties encountered we will be scheduling 2 hours of happy hour starting in 10 minutes. Once again, sorry for the issues. |

There is still a cloudflare issue I think because I cant open the site and it take such a long time just to load it and even it I manage to get in, I cant roll anything. Im wondering why it seems like the other website is not affected by this and it seems only betterbets has this issue  |

All I can say is that my network access, which was semi-broken all day, has returned to normal and that our server is functioning correctly. If you have trouble accessing the site, it must be a network issue somewhere between your access point and the server. I'd say wait 10 min and try again. If it persists, please let us know and we'll investigate. |

This seems to be very sporadic Amiry we have opened multiple tickets with cloudflare in an attempt to solve this issue in totality, I have asked our devs to extend Happy hour to compensate and hope you are able to catch more time with it. We're (again) in contact with them and hope for a speedy resolution. Their outages seem to be highly localized, most people (myself and Bjorn included) can access the site just fine right now. There is a post about about they are on maintenance mode , if you read it is just above your post, you must have missed it. I think the admin can make a post with bigger size and red letter to show that the site is in maintenance next time so that people will not miss it again
