Because the investment is 1x kelly that means you can only win 1 x 1 % of the current bankroll which is why there is a max bets there

What is the version of your bot? I have no problems to log in with DiceBot 3.1.1.

I have tested all the versions from 3.0.2 to 3.1.2 and on all of them the result was the same.

Double check in your BB profile is API access enabled and copy API access token, then try again.

I get error that I can't login. And of course the API is enabled in my BB settings.

Try different ip before logging in that may help.
