Yes, all BTC bets will be fully counted towards the bet-mining payouts.

Actually it won't be, the real believer who think rubies will succeed will buy up(at cheap price as you said). the same thing happens with bitcoin signature campaigns those who believe in bitcoin will succeed hold those don't just dump.

Lite may be right sig campaign may help spread word I know this site hates spam though. Not sure if owners would do it.

I think there are many ways to obtain rubies right now, between exchanges,BB, and some MP sites.
 Its cheap enough right now to buy, and i don't think it will stay this low for long.. but i think adding a sig campaign wont help at all as its spreading fast now already.. i think that will just lead to people getting and dumping in my opinion.. don't get me wrong everyone has a right to buy and sell whatever they want but i don't think a sig campaign is needed at all as the Rubies team has all the basses covered.
