You can still deposit rubies to betterbets, just withdraw rubies from c-cex to your deposit address on betterbets and it will be credited after 2-3 confirmation

It's happened to me too, but you need to refresh it again then wait a bit and change bitcoin to rubies then click deposit if still no rbies addy you need to refresh and do this till you get the addy.

Just looks like the capture below did not find any clues BetterBets.io may have to add  way to simply deposit, I'm sure some people experience the same thing especially new players in BetterBets.io

The capture is taken from moneypot which is impossible to add rubies deposit there (at least for now) Actually you can simply deposit directly from betterbets. Just need to click deposit button and you'll get the rubies deposit address once you have swithced to rubies betting.

To put it simple, bitcoin betting in betterbets is through moneypot so you need to acces moneypot if you want to deposit or withdraw. However rubies betting is a stand alone from their own server so you need to login directly to betterbets and deposit your rubies there without going through moneypot
