Activity updates every 14 days and maximum of 14 activity within that period. 1 post = 1 activity but maximum of 14 activity only for 14 days.

Faucets reward are getting smaller and smaller everyday and some of them are not paying, so you need to rely on referral, which others who are also in getting bitcoin from faucets would do the same, so in the end, fewer referrals...It will only be good to carry referral if you are the first to find the faucet...

You really can't compare trading to gambling, they are two totally different things.
Trading needs skills and gambling has nothing to do with skills, though in trading luck can earn you more but it mostly depends on your strategies or presence of mind if how you use your money and on what you trade, trading wrong coins obviously will cause you losses.
