Question: Before PoA, do we need merged mining?
Merged mining is a good idea
We do not need merged mining
We need only PoA
We need both merged mining and PoA

Really was a bet whith me. I just keep them.

Something big is brewing.  In case you missed it:

Quote
"A token is a representation of an asset on top of the existing blockchain. Tokens created on the top of Bytecoin will be the first completely untraceable tokens created using the Cryptonote protocol. BCN-based tokens will be compatible with the Bytecoin wallet and any other client using the same protocol." https://bytecoin.org/blog/untraceable-tokens/

Bytecoin is completely fucked, in case you missed it:
Quote
Within hours of privately disclosing to CryptoNote currencies, 693 billion BCN ($1 mil+) was artificially created. https://t.co/O8MOTKGfxi
https://twitter.com/fluffyponyza/status/865619303651053568

Supposed to be 693 million, but still, coins out of thin air is not good, and I don't think XDN or BCN is patched atm.

Hi, thanks

No, not deleted the previous blockchain, I'll try.

Bottom right : 2 golden arrows in circle, on hover : "Sync in progress"

I deleted all files in AppData Roaming DigitalNote, except digitalnode.wallet, but does not seem to correct the problem...

Of course your RAR file of blockchain would be welcome :-)

Here you go m8: https://ufile.io/1htzf

It's available for 30 days, synced up until about 20min ago, put in "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\digitalnote"

Now synchronizing correctly, almost finished, thanks :-)

Argh... wallet 1.0.12 seemed synced, but maybe no :

Bottom left : "Synchronizing 385476/385476"
Bottom right : the 2 golden arrows continue to circle ("sync in progress" when mouse over)

and nothing new for a long time...

I tried to send some XDN to Bittrex, but the transaction is still with 0 confirmation for a long time, and with a grey "?" in the Transactions tab... But my balance has been updated, the sent XDN are no more in my wallet !

Sorry, but any help or advices ?

Thanks

Unfortunately you let Poloniex remove XDN from there, but that does not mean the project can be carried forward... But the question is this, do you have something in mind? Any news?

I can see that the current block height is actually 385529, so hmmm...I actually have v1.0.11 still, I will try to update and report with any help I can offer.

EDIT: I have updated to v1.0.12 and no issues here.  Hmm.  Maybe try giving your computer a restart, but you may have to try downloading the full block chain from scratch.  It should work as long as your firewall isn't blocking the program etc

Hi, thanks

I restarted, no changes.
I installed on another computer, fresh install, with your blockchain archive before starting the program, but still looping like this :

I added exclusion for firewall, no change.

Lie Lie Lie. The twitter handle is controlled by miners, nothing new. This project is really dead, until proven otherwise.
received email from the dev listed on their github, so I do believe it is official information, but I understand the sentiment.  I would not say it is dead, but I also wouldn't necessarily vouch for it until we see more.  I suppose it depends how pessimistic you are and also how much you have in the coin.  I mined and I am optimistic so I have nothing to lose.  Can you provide information about the twitter being controlled by miners?
