you can find sites to buy online shop here bitcoinstore.com/. in situ receive pemabayaran with bitcoin, I have not tried, but I think there is that sells food  Cheesy

Well since we are living in other country, how can the shop deliveries our food order after we payed it? I think the food order just be accepted in nearby area, not abroad.

yes you are right, if you want to order food I think you can find around your town. You can ask your friends or your social media around. because it is very difficult to send food between countries. because these foods will definitely broken and stale

As we've seen with the SPV bug Bitcoin is not ready yet for mass adoption. Once it is and there are merchants everywhere I will start buying stuff with BTC on the daily as i'll be safe carrying it in a non local-blockchain based wallet like the ones on Smartphones.
yeah, i agree. bitcoin needs more time to become mature to be able to handle bigger number of users.
but i was surprised that price wasn't affected by this incident.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Keep the Bitcoins you want for investment and then also keep a reserve to spend on stuff. You get the best of both worlds.
and that way you are helping the wheels turn.  Wink

I personally just used my Bitcoin earnings to purchase a new PC. I've also made several other small PC related purchases with BTC through newegg. Outside of shopping, I use Bitcoin for Gambling, earning (paid in BTC for writing), and micropayments to other users in online games.

You are very optimistic about it, but I guess the price can't over 600 until end of this year. Bitcoin need some triggers to raise its price, which the current price has risen because of Greece crisis.

Very interesting infographic on Bitcoin use for online shopping (it obviously does not include Bitcoin use as investment/savings):

So, going by the traditional functions of money... this survey shows:

-store of value                   ~40%
-medium of exchange         ~50%
-unit of measurement             ?

Over the 3 day weekend I took a trip to Poland. Instead of using the exchanges like I usually do, I checked on localbitcoins for a seller. I arranged to meet him about an hour after I arrived at my hotel. He met me in the lobby and I sold enough bitcoins to get the local currency for the weekend.

My hotel was paid for through Expedia and my plane ticket paid with cheapair.com.

I even had lunch at a restaurant that accepts Bitcoin. All in all, a fun weekend paid for with bitcoins.

This is what I want to be able to do. I'd love to travel the world on bitcoin, only in a few years time when bitcoin is more widely accepted around the world... and is worth a lot more than it is now  Grin. I haven't used my bitcoin much so far, just small purchases like vpn providers and filehosting sites etc but I would certainly like to spend it more just when I can get more value for it.

It says "choose two options" in the survey. But I use at least 7 of those options. I use it everywhere I can to buy or pay anything. For me it's just money. Where do I use money? Well... all over the place.

Please answer in as much detail as possible!

1. Subscription at https://www.iblocklist.com/
2. Web-hosting at https://www.geekshosted.com/
3. Salvia Divinorum at http://salviaonline.co.uk/
4. CFDs at https://1broker.com/
5. Mining hardware from multiple vendors.
6. Various donations.

I use bitcoins to buy stuff I would be normally buying online if only I have PayPal or any other form of online payment. Bitcoin enabled me to participate in an online commerce, it is mostly about that.

Was about to answer 5 choices but a message appeared in front of me saying that I can only choose 2.  Angry
I mainly use btc for saving and for online shopping. I don't want to get a credit card so using bitcoins to buy some stuff is a good thing for me. Smiley
