Use cases. What do you actually use Bitcoin for?

i use bitcoin as a savings place. i just store money in an address and never spend it. hoping bitcoin rises in the future years.

I've began using it as an easier way to transact online.  Compared to eBay/paypal fees, the escrow fees on here are much easier to stomach.

Plus, I feel like I am "voting with my dollars" each time I transact and large corporations like paypal/credit card companies DONT get a cut, rather miners and individual escrow agents on here do.

Gambling and transferring money overseas are the best uses of bitcoin for me.

I also buy some cheap stuff from time to time but i wouldn't sell anything with bitcoins because of the slow transfer times

Seems like that have a secret place where the bitcoins multiplies without problems and are free from every risk. Can you share please this secret place? Maybe have possibilities even for us others....

I use bitcoin for "emergency" purposes.

I have my own budget from my salary that I use to spend everyday so bitcoins are just in sleeping in mywallet and just came out whenever I need them.

Gambling is the main purpose of use of BTC to me...nothing else

Gambling is good for fun but do not make it an addiction or else you would turn out loosing all your bitcoins. It is better to invest your bitcoins into bitcoins. Try to buy more and keep it safe for the future as we believe that the prices will raise in the future. I generally use it for making online transfers as it is cost effective.

yep, ive seen way too many people lose EVERYTHING by gambling, i just dont see the appeal in gambling thers always a bigger chance of losing than winning.

Er... isn't ALL electronic gambling a scam? I mean, I don't know of any OPEN SOURCE gambling programs!

Whenever I go to Monte Carlo, Vegas, Macau, Indian reservations, gambling boats, etc, I ALWAYS check out the old school gambling that haa zero electronics. It's harder to cheat you using old school equipment, though not impossible.

If you like gambling and bitcoin, maybe you should organise a weekly poker game at your house played with bitcoins instead of online gambling.

I am addicted to gambling so generally I use bitcoins for gambling purposes as is the most easiest and convinient way for gambling as you dont have to depended on other to place a bet you are king you simply can go on gambling websites and place a bet and once the bet is won it hardly take minutes to transfer your funds to your bitcoin address.

Yep me too, i only got a few real world places in my town that accept bitcoin, none of which I use.

So i`m only spending /using online for investments and speculation. I need to collect tons of bitcoin, so when it will be spendable i`ll have tons of it.

I paid for a sandwich at a Deli near Detriot several times.  It was very easy.  One of the times, their credit card machine was down so it was either bitcoin or cash.
