It is crazy to me that Brazil has that many stores that accept Bitcoin because I never really expected that from Bitcoin.
When is Bitcoin going to come with more stores that accept Bitcoin over the world because in my country there are not much at all.

Its getting bigger everyday so that is a good sign, I really hope that the bitcoin will become a lot bigger next year it has a great future a  head.
We just need some patience till the stores globally will accept it.

Brazil has alot of stores that accept bitcoin this post was quite a while ago so i can only imagine it grew even bigger with more shops.
Other countries should learn from this and replicate. If we would have 200+ bitcoin stores in every country then the btc value would be over the roof.

Well I guess Brazil has already 500+ stores already because the epidemic adoption of bitcoin is really high and that is going to be more as the time goes by. And yes, that is going to make a good adoption to bitcoin if those nearby countries to Brazil is going to do the same and accept bitcoin.
It is just like imitating something and keep on re-producing it, I hope that is going to happen to for other countries.

for in my country indonesia is still a little bit of who receives the bitcoin, maybe the future will evolve and I hope can buy various items with bitcoin but do not know when it will happen

The same thing here in my country, I hope they are going to do the same just what Brazil did to the stores there. But still maybe there are a lot of bitcoin users already in Brazil so they have implemented that to 150 stores already. So if our government is going to see that there are a lot of users and supporters of bitcoin here then maybe that is possible.s

It is possible that in other countries would also be many who accept bitcoin, for my country only a few who received not yet whole, possible future could develop luat to other shops

I do believe that my country is going to be the same country as Brazil to accept bitcoins and going to be implemented by a lot of local stores. I admire the government of Brazil and as well as its citizens for looking upon the importance of bitcoins as a new medium of payment for buying different goods and services.

Every country is having a different skill, for implementing the brazil is can accept bitcoin caused by the government and civilians already have an enough awareness for that. for applying in other countries will snatching a more time for did it.

Is someone here does know how many stores in Brazil as of this day 09/27/2016 are already accepting bitcoins? Is it still 150? or it is already 200 or even more. I just want to be updated on how many stores are already accepting bitcoins in Brazil today. I am amazed on that country because they are the first one to adopt bitcoins.

Brazil has been showing great progression last year but i think this year alot of shops were added to the list of supporting bitcoins too.
In the UK there's alot of shops nowadays aswell accepting bitcoin. Atleast we are getting somewhere now!

I find it weird that it has this many shops already cause last time I was there I didn't see it anywhere though.
They should also put like a poster or flyer on the window of the shop saying they accept bitcoin cause this will attract people.

You must be right and I am also wondering with the number of stores in Brazil, as I do not have that many options in my country to shop with bitcoins. Moreover, I do not bother about that bitcoin accepting merchants as I am holding bitcoin debit card. Still, it would be nice to pay direct bitcoin payments to merchants as it could save a lot of conversion charges.

Since Brazil is poor country maybe Bitcoin is one of the ways that people there could make their lives easier and help them to get into better economic status. But I don't think that usingw Bitcoin has support in banks and governement.
Yeah I think bitcoin being more developed into brazil might really help their economy. Or maybe not though since brazil is one of the most corrupted countries at the moment.
But we have to keep high hopes, I bet they added even more shops nowadays.

We grow from 30 to 150 in 6 months Smiley
That's a really good growth. Currently There're 29 "businesses" who accept bitcoin in Turkey (I think there're more but we may not be able to track them) Some of them are listed on coinmap.org
(Turkish List is here: http://coin-turk.com/turkiyede-bitcoin-kabul-eden-yerler/ )

I hope there'll be such jump in Turkey too.

First we need to build our coalition, then make pressure to government. Bitcoin has no where in Turkish law, they can't explain its situation too.

Brazil has a law for Bitcoin? How do stores keep their Bitcoin and how do they pay taxes?
How can they have so many stores if there are so many people in that country who are really poor i dont undrstand how that is possible i think they have to focus on something else than money.

Nice to hear that, bitcoin is spreading all over the world. I wish I could also use bitcoin in my country  as payment method.but unfortunately in my country almost 99% people didn't hear bitcoin.Anyway, hoping bitcoin will grow up fastly like this and one day I.will be able to use bitcoin in my country easily.

Yeah over here it's still weak too for the bitcoin market I don't see many shops around yet with the bitcoin sticker just a few here and there.
This thread was from quite a while ago so I imagine the growth went even further. I wish we would see more of this news within europe aswell.
