What the coin seems to need is a hard fork.  Take the coin to 7% a year and watch a healthy adjustment happen.  Lots of folks loved this coin.  But the half-life may have been reached without the fork.  You go eggmeister.

The reason why a hardfork with reward reduction wasn't implemented is because the dev is greedy and already done his low difficulty reward dumping, if Sprouts was to have another chance then it would need a supply burn and a decreasing interest rate that gets a minimum cap and no lower, also a developer who knows what he's doing would be a plus
