Explain trust.

I've had this question for a while. What do those numbers indicating trust mean? To be specific, what does each of those 3 numbers under someone's name mean? I don't believe that there is a very accessible thread explaining it, so I asked it. If there is, tell me the link and I'll close this thread immediately.
