How did you first hear about bitcoin?

My friend introduce bitcoin back in 2015 but I didn't mind it because I was busy with my job then lately bitcoin became popular and I was curious and invest some money into it. Now, I love bitcoin because I'm gaining lot of profit through trading in cryptocurrency.

Well for me, I first came across word "bitcoin" from one of the YouTube IT guys called "Eli The Computer Guy" I was a subscriber to his YouTube channel and   i used to watch all the latest videos posted by Eli on YouTube. And then in around January 2013 - Eli posted a video on YouTube talking about the digital currency and revolution called bitcoin, yep! that's where i got started with bitcoin.

I heard about bitcoin from one of my friend because he change his life in a short time and its only just because of bitcoin so one day I ask him you did you change your life so he told me that he have a bitcoin and he is using it so I told him to teach me bitcoin so since I join bitcoin now I have everything in my life which was a dream from me to buy.

II first heard it from my friend. He tells me everything about bitcoins i thought its a waste of time and nothing but my friend tells he made 20$ per week with it, i start searching it and found some investing sites i was so worried about to being scammed but i take the risk and invest it and made double profit with it

My first heard about bitcoin is a Multi Level Marketing . That's silly right ? In my country , they have a bad thoughts about MLM. So it means Bitcoin was treat as evil in my country.

I was researching some hackers back in 2011 and read that they were accepting bitcoin donations to remain anonymous. At the time it seemed like a fringe cryptocurrency of questionable value. In fact, it was selling for about $11 or so. At the time I didn't buy because it seemed too complicated to get into.
