How did you first hear about bitcoin?

on 2013 my friend told me about this currency which is bitcoin and he introduces me its potential to grow in the future which is now . By that time i laughed at him and doubted what he said but now i always call him for a help and tutoring me to earn bitcoin.

I learned bitcoin earlier before but couldn't understand its sense. So I don't mind it and just forget about it.
That was way back when the price of bitcoin is still 1000$.

Earlier this year I have learned bitcoin all by myself through an application called coins.ph. I've got curious on how it works. I studied it and completely dive into the concepts like trading and a lot more in bitcoin related field

I was researching some hackers back in 2011 and read that they were accepting bitcoin donations to remain anonymous. At the time it seemed like a fringe cryptocurrency of questionable value. In fact, it was selling for about $11 or so. At the time I didn't buy because it seemed too complicated to get into.

i am not completely sure about the exact first time that i heard about bitcoin , maybe it was in the news or some forum .

but the first time that i officially knew about bitcoin was in the year 2013 when everybody were mining bitcoin with their expensive GPUs and earning like crazy especially because of the great price rise of 2013
but unfortunately i started with bitcoin late, in 2014, and i am using it everyday since then.

I first hear about bitcoim when my two classmates talking about it. Theyre saying many things that i didnt know that time so i ask them what are they talking about. And they told me what bitcoin is. And i experience some difficulties to understand it. So i asked them many questions about bitcoin. So theyre just sharing what they know. As of now. I am joinjng in a signature campaign as my source of income lile them.

I also don't know about bitcoin before but ive been hearing it from my friend who use it as source of income. He pursuade me to use it too because i am encountering a financial problem right now so he shares what he knows about it and i find bitcoin as a good opportunity so i just grabbed it. As of today  bitcoin really is helpful to me and im looking forward for better opportunities.

The first time I knew about bitcoin, I was told my friend who said he was very lucky in bitcoin and greatly increase his income, but I do not immediately believe because I have not understood the workings in bitcoin and what is bitcoin, but after I learned it is very it's very exciting

I 1st heard about bitcoin in a youtube channel who was constantly talking about new high tech and innovative stuff around the world such as new computers , phones , softwares and all infos related to IT or AI . They 1st talked about it  when it was reaching nearly 3k dollars . I made a bit of research that day but it didn't really matter because it didn't make any sense to me . Then a friend of mine to whom i owed money asked me to give it back in bitcoin and that's when i really started my journey in the bitcoin world .

I heard about bitcoin from one of my friend because he change his life in a short time and I ask him how did you change your life so he told me that he has a bitcoin so I ask him to teach me so when I learn about bitcoin my life is now totally changed and now I have everything which was a dream for me to buy so I will say thanks to bitcoin.

i heard about bitcoin by email many years ago..that was a new currency so i didnt interested on it. now i realised that i was wrong..

I hear about bitcoin is before the 3 spirit of dota 2. It was the best preferred method of payment so we were even go as low as 80% of the price in receive payment in btc. That is also before mtgox got hacked too.

i've heard bitcoin when my former classmate said about bitcoin when he surfing on the deep web. Back then i have no idea about the value of it. I realize today when my new friends earning through bitcoins and immediately join to the community right away.
