They just reclaimed 0.675 grams of Gold for 27 of my so called "inactive" referrals. I don't know for which month referrals did they reclaim. Nothing written in their reclaim transaction.
I don't know if this is all or would there be more reclaims coming in

they took 8000$ from my friend. i feel disgusted and wanna puke for how much money they took from me. That money was for a legal issue and now i have no money to go in front of a judge. i feel betrayed.

Something weird just happened: They reclaimed 0.675 grams of Gold from my account & made my vault balance go -ve by 0.508 grams and now I see they have added 0.508 grams of Gold back to my account. Thus, making my vault balance 0.

It's quite simple: if a company pays for the reviews, you can't trust them. Of course Trustpilot only gets business if it provides happy reviews.

It was clear from the start. At least to me. Everytime some new bitcoin company enters the scene I always do some research.
That is a problem with bitcoin these days. To many people don't do their own due dilligence.

in addition you broke their tos regarding the inactive referral...
Think about it, how could they afford to give you free gold, if those people (100s or 1000s people) you refer never actually spend money buying gold there? Of course you have to generate some kind of sales for them, in order for them to give you the commission, right??
Common sense, people.

For example, in real world, if a sales person open Purchase Order, but in the end customer didn't pay for the purchase order, so no sales! The sales man get no commission. Simple. Stop bitching about your lost referral bonus, no free lunch in this world. Wake up!

Without knowing full detail don't put up some conclusion. I last my account not because of referral bonus but I received a payment from one guy. He had that amount in his account over one month after checking that I accepted it but on same day they suspend my account saying fraud money.

I have a question why they didn't realize it is a fraud money when it was in another account? It shows there system is not full proof to prevent purchasing gold from fraud money. I have a question why do they accept those fraud money to buy gold?

It is a 100% unreliable company so don't ever try to buy gold from them.
