What a strange yesterday Got email from their affiliate team to enhance promotion to get lump sum $25 amount for every leads. Now strange is that, They already blocked my account cannot able to access account few days before when I checked. Now issue is that they still don't have paid me for my hard work and my investment and still they want me to work for them, my foot. I am supposing that I thrown out some buck to beggars of bitgold. see image here  Check snap carefull its just of last year and now march is going on what the hell is company doing. Its scam public listed company. Even cannot afford to pay there well wishers and affiliates. Even you can see I had bought domain for Bitgold but affiliate manager ask me to down it bcz its against there terms and conditions so I quit it and started own blog on http://bitgold.co.in. I read about domain names and privacy and then got information that anyone can choose any domain just not hv to use logo or symbol. |

I read about domain names and privacy and then got information that anyone can choose any domain just not hv to use logo or symbol. Should I go for legal action against bitgold to get my affiliate commission by placing law suit. I don't expect whole amount just wanna get my investment and time I had spend for scam company promotions. It costs me around $250 for advertising and many hours. So totally just require to pay me $350 remaining keep them to enjoy to make others scam as so many already suffering. |

Happy i seen this topic, yesterday i got my Bitgold account validated, before sending any $$ i fond this topic.
For now Vaultoro seems more legit.

bad experience whit bitgold, the disabled my account, i send two mail to support, but still no response. Bitgold it's not a free service, and if they disable my account i pretend a fast support. I'll update on my situation, for now i'm not happy.

I wish I had found this thread earlier. I just got my card in yesterday and tried to redeem the ~$50 in gold I had only to get an email this morning saying that my redemption had been rejected. I went through all of their verifications and deposited using a method in my name that I control. There is absolutely no legit reason for them to reject it.

BitGold had not planned for the situations which have been created. They, without any planning, launched their Referral Program and distributed cash, they forgot that people could create off fake accounts. Pretty amateur.
Now they are trying to figure out the cheaters, and because of that, people who are innocent are being dragged too.

my issue with them was resolved after a couple days. I was finally able to redeem my gold.

Does they tell you the motivation behind closing your account? Mine was suspended and not closed |

it depends on which vault you have gold and what amount, the bank whitdraw has a lots of fees. |

it depends on which vault you have gold and what amount, the bank whitdraw has a lots of fees. Is there any restriction for vaults or any restriction for amount? Please share |

Please share If you buy gold whit bitcoin you can only reedem it whit physical gold or bank wire, the gold bought whit bitcoin can't be loaded in the prepaid card and you can't move gold from the vault to another vault |
