That is right only few strong countries have played top level cricket and newer teams just can not keep up. It is true that adding more teams to big tournaments like World Cup does not really help if those teams are not good enough. It feels more like symbolic gesture. Also when countries like UAE or USA have teams mostly made of players from other places and that will better if local players are really getting chance to play and get better. This situation means that players in newer cricket countries mostly do not get experience and high level games they need to improve. While ICC wants to grow sport simply having more teams can not make cricket truly global. They need to focus on building up these new teams with better training and consistent strong competition so they can actually compete on world stage.

There are two different things here. The main reason why associate teams doesn't perform that well during the ICC tournaments is that outside these tournaments they don't get any opportunity to play against full members. And the second topic is more serious. ICC has implemented a ridiculous eligibility criteria, which allows "national" teams to be comprised 100% of foreign citizens. No other sport has this ridiculous eligibility rule. And this negatively impacts teams with native players. These teams can't compete against teams made of Indian and Pakistani players, and in the end they receive less ICC funding with every passing year. 

This way there could be a reasoning that rich teams would just buy better players and make a stronger team. But spending to making a good team won't work in long term. If you don't have grassroot cricket and way to produce talents in your home country, you would not be successful. So, it would be a one time success and they need to keep on paying players more and more just to keep their team in proper leagues.
On the other side, there are some moral question on players accepting offers to change their nationality for job opportunity. Players that have the sense of national pride would probably never change their teams while some would be forced to do it one way or other.
Everyone knows its wrong but everyone are making money with it so everyone is quite about it as these paid players would never win a worldcup.

Unofficial test game between South Africa-W and West indies-W was played today and South Africa-W beated Wesy indies-W team and won game by 7 wickets. In 1 st turn of West indies-W team, West indies-W team made on my 220 runs and their effort and team looked weak from 1 st turn and South Africa-W team scored 322 runs. Ruan bowled very well and he took down 4 wickets in 18.1 overs and gave 62 runs. Ruan was not only helped team in bowling but also he showed great effort in batting and he made 86 runs in 1 st turn and hitted seven 4s. Mihlali also bowled  very well in 2 nd turn and he took down 4 wickets in 12 overs and gave 52 runs. In 2 nd turn, West indies-W again did not played good and their players made 211 runs and lost game by big margin 7 wickets.

All games of United States of America Women tour of Netherlands series was played and winner of this series was Netherlands-W team and they washed out USA-W team in 4 games and one was drawn. In last 5 th game, Netherlands-W team won toss and they elected bat first and gave bowling chance to USA-W team. Netherlands-W set 149 runs target in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets. Leede again helped Netherlands-W team win this game by scoring 43 runs in 36 halls and hitted six 4s. Kalis effort was also brilliant and she scored 31 runs in 28 balls and hitted four 4s.  USA-W team lost this game by big margin 75 runs and they chased down only 74 runs. Iris again got player of game award because her contribution in bowling was brilliant and she took down 3 wickets and made 15 runs in batting.

Well few days ago N.pooran announced his retirement from national team at the age of 29 which is really shocking but by following the trend of announcing retirement from shorter format after several big names like klassen, miller. No doubt it's huge loss for international cricket because player prefer to play franchise cricket then for his country and the main reason behind is money which is really concerning and cricketing board as well as icc should think about to maintain and keep high the level of international cricket. Several big names has already announced retirement in recent years like Kohli, Rohit, jadeja which really degrade the level. So to keep the excitement level high they has to make some significant strategy for such problem.

at Cummins was able to take 6 wickets in the first innings but he could not make any impact in the second innings. The same is true for the other bowlers of the team except Mitchell Starc. That is why Australia could not secure a victory in the match despite being a big team. Aiden Markram failed in the first innings, but in the second innings he turned that failure into success. I did not watch this competition fully but some matches i watched and see that USA Women squad played very badly and in all four matches against Netherlands Women squad and their squad need a lot of hard working to improve their inning especially in batting. Today in fifth last match, Netherlands Women squad was able to set huge scores to USA women squad total 149 off 20 overs. But batting inning of USA Women squad was more awful than bowling and all wickets were out after achieving 74 scores just and they faced a defeat with 75 high scores. Iris was top supporter of Netherlands Women squad in today match and she picked up 3 crucial wickets of USA Women squad and in batting side, Babette de Leede played wonderful inning and she collected 43 scores off 33 deliveries.
