New Zealand has the ability to surprise everyone. Before the start of the tournament, no one actually believed that they had the capability to qualify for the semi-finals. The upcoming Wednesday only one best team of the tournament is going for final and they deserve that because they reached here by beating best teams of the world. As we know this semi final is playing between New Zealand and South Africa and my stance is with New Zealand and I know there start in first is not good but despite this New Zealand can beat South Africa because before this New Zealand multiple times can face this situation and proved themselves. No doubt South Africa is a very strong opponent and currently they dominating in this tournament and showing a professional cricket but as compared to Kiwis they have less experience to face the pressure of big matches so my winner for first semi final is New Zealand.

2 nd semi final game of ICC Men World Cup series will play between India and England team. Today 1 st Semi final game was successfully played and NZ team won this game and qualified in final game. In NZ vs SA game, NZ team won toss and they chose bowling lineup first and gave batting line to SA team. Marco batted brilliantly and he made 55 runs in 30 balls and hitted two 4s and five 6s but all his effort was useless. NZ team won 1 st semi final game by big margin 9 wickets and 43 balls remaining. Cole bowler helped a lot team to win this game and he took down 2 wickets in 1 overs and gave 9 runs. Finn made century today and total he scored 100 runs in 33 balls and hitted ten 4s and eight 6s. Tim batsmen also performed very well with Finn and he scored 58 runs in 33 balls and hitted seven 4s and two 6s. Congratulations NZ team won this big and important game.

Chase of New Zealand was based on great show of power hitting, and this show was played by Finn Allen, who hit not out hundred on only 33 balls. I think that better team setup in South Africa was what saw them make it to semi finals without loss, however, they ended up scaring under  pressure of Allen hitting and New Zealand was able to end their long losing run against proteas. It is this better play that makes New Zealand new favorites in final.

Not sure whether it makes New Zealand the favorites in final. They have put up a very strong performance so far, and there is no doubt about it. But will it be able to defeat India during the final (I am assuming that India will win the semi-final today). It is amazing that such a small country has managed to perform this well in international cricket. New Zealand has a population of less than 5 million, and cricket is not even the most popular sport there. Despite that they have managed to reach the final of the world cup, where their opponents would be probably India (a nation of 1,450 million people).

Let's briefly talk about group stages and super 8 games for both the teams. So India being unbeaten in the group stages where they faced only Pakistan as a little bit stronger team while lost to South Africa in the super 8 and because they won other remaining two games so they qualified into the final.

At the same time, England journey so far pretty magical in the super 8 games, in fact they are unbeaten so far except the second game of group stages against West Indies, about to lose against New Zealand but just due to bad luck for New Zealand they won that game and hopefully today we will see again the same results, something like that.

In the T20 World Cup South Africa was a stronger team than New Zealand but they could not maintain their strength in the semi finals and lost the match by 9 wickets.In big and important matches like the semi finals a aim of over 200 is reliable but South Africa scored only 169 runs which New Zealand achieved with the loss of only 1 wicket and 5 balls of 12 overs and reached the final.South Africa batsmen could not build a long partnership with each other because New Zealand had bowled brilliantly so South Africa was bound to face defeat while New Zealand first wicket fell for 117 runs.It is very rare to see a bathing like Finn Allen a great New Zealand batsman. New Zealand made it into the finals and they are all happy while on the other hand it was surely really disappointing for the team of South Africa. however if we check the history that before in the very last World Cup of 2024 , that was really an unexpected tournament for us because there we have seen many big names got out from the group stages games, cannot even qualified for the super 8s but before that in 2022 they lost against Pakistan in Semi-final and before that in 2021 they lost final against Australia with a very small margin. Everything is fine (performance based) but not luck wise.

Pakistan had a golden opportunity and they should have taken full advantage of it.As soon as the first two batsmen played their part well no one else scored any great runs not even Salman Ali Agha.I praise him in every match but in today match he was needed the most and he failed to fulfill that hope.I will talk about Sri Lanka bowling.After 176 runs they took 8 wickets back to back which was impossible.Sahib Zada Farhan and Fakhar Zaman should have stayed at the crease because the scoreboard was in their hands.You are right.Pakistan won the match but there was no benefit in their winning.Perhaps their winning will give New Zealand a chance to advance.

Pakistan team always perform well in every series whether they are facing to Sena Countries including South Africa, England, New Zealand and Australia even through before the World Cup , Pakistan also beat to Australia thrice in a row in Pakistan home ground and their pitch condition and even middle east pitch conditions are almost similar to each and every one that is why they should not feel much different between Sri Lanka pitches and Pakistan, also they performed really well against Sri Lanka and many teams in series but struggled in the World Cup.

This is because of NZ better performance, if there was no pressure in their bowling, SA  players would not have played so badly. SA is not a quality team, so they could not play as well as NZ and lost the game. They had fought very well to reach this point, but they could not play any better and in the end they lost to NZ. If SA had played better and won, the final would have been a different story, which would have been quite impressive. This target was not strong enough to win by any means because SA did not play well in their bowling or put pressure on them, due to which they failed miserably. Congratulations to NZ for this win because their performance was better, because of which they are waiting for a team in the final to play against.

This is the result between the two teams, although South Africa could have made it to the final if they had worked hard and played strong, but their batsmen and bowling did not work hard, due to which they could not make themselves successful. At that time, the situation was different and even then we saw strong teams in this game, but this year results were enough different because this time South Africa played till the end and even Sri Lanka was involved in the Super 8. They failed at the end although it is difficult for them to fail in the final and a little more matches, due to which they have failed every time. Although luck is something else, but the teams should play well and try their good and Victory which will make them strong. In this year's final, we will have New Zealand and India which will be of special interest.
