Is this True value of my account ?

No, not really. There is no set value of an account. The price is subjective because it depends upon the post quality. The prices of accounts are also non-linear, even though the calculation is linear. The estimate is based upon what I saw in the market a few months ago and never bothered to actually update it.

I often encounter that error but it eventually fixes itself at some point. Just try again later.
 At the moment I can also get the same error.

it shows accurately the same stats your bitcointalk account show. If you post 1 every activity update you get 14. if you post once every activity update for 10 weeks you get 140 potential activities. The actibity breakdown shows it.

There may be multiple reasons (probably are), but one reason I can think of is to buy an account with a Signature Campaign (like the BITMIXER.IO signature in mine).  These campaigns allow you to get paid when you post here (rules and amounts vary).  Bitmixer, for example, is not taking on any NEW accounts, so there is some value for my account (or any others in a campaign).

Well that is actually hard to quantify and consider the quality of those posts. And the posts aren't really factored into the calculation, just lengths for the post quality section. And post quality is completely subjective, so even that is really hard to quantify.

Also, the algorithm says that posts with <75 word count are of bad quality. Well, in writing, you are meant to keep your posts short, if you're too wordy, your post becomes uninteresting and nobody would bother to read it! It rates my post quality as "Poor" when it actually is rich with content; political satire and humor!

Yeah 75 characters is what I meant. Still, you're right, it is subjective, and this bot will only reward people who are great at copy pasting and not citing their resources, or are really wordy.

Cool site. Very helpful for someone who is interested in buying/selling their accounts o forum.
However this can only be considered as a quick estimate. Serious buyers will do their own further research. But the summary provided by this tool is very handy indeed.

You can believe on that potential activity, in one posts in digital goods I heard from one person that it sometimes do not show correct potential activity, but according to my views it is exact the same which is in actual.

Only one day I saw  that the estimator is showing two posts less then what I have on my profile and along with that it also showed my rank as full member instead of Sr. member, but on the next day when I checked again it worked normal without any fault.
