Yeah, Chelsea can't keep a hold of Hazard and to be honest, I think he himself stayed far too long for his own preference. Chelsea need a big revival. Abramovich is apparently not even talking to Sarri properly, how can that be in football and in EPL? All that money spent in all these years and a few trophies but now an expensive team which may not even qualify for champions league. Bad future, who wants to stay unless for money?

But Money can hold hazard to stay in Chelsea, because abramovich will certainly do that to their assets. what Chelsea need right now is a coach who is closer to the player. they have very good player material, why they can't win the league?

What a bad result for Leicester, they can't win vs Newcastle at their home match. I thought leicester can win this match easily.

Well damn me. I got Newcastle on the spot but I HAD to parlay it with a French game and bloody Nantes beat Lyon haha. Woulda been a really sweet x26 parlay had I chose 2 upsets. Shoulda just gone for the 6/1 single and my man Ayoze woulda got it in for me. Either way, happy with this. I really want Newcastle staying up. Don't even really know why. Nostalgia I guess, plus if they play like this without Ashlyy's purse, imagine what happens when they do have money to spend.

thought the same for Leicester especially with the new BOOST Youri brought so far.

chelsea just F***ed up, I think they will make it for champions league tickets or here or @uefa.... but they just didn't inject their team with enough quality to keep someone as HAZARD and to let him really preform his TOP-game, i'm not a "real fanboy" but I would love to see HAZARD play in a team as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Man City, Liverpool or wherever the managers are trying to get their hands on quality players and chelsea ain't doing that last seasons, they don't spend money, I agree they have good players but not as other teams, only Kante, Kepa, and the new guy Hudson odoi are real quality, but Higuain is getting over his best times, Pedro and Willian not effective enough, Kovacic has still to prove himself, for defense maybe Alonso is good enough but is having a not so good season, central defenders just making to much errors especially Rudiger, i'm amazed they still up so high, and yes I think its almost all of hazard why they are up so high.

Still I think Sunday will be a very important game "premier title related" between LFC and Chelsea, looking forward to that game and hoping my man hazard is having an OFF-day

If LFC wins then there is big pressure on Man City, they lose to the Spurs @champions league so have to go real full their, and need to face them back in the league as they have to face MAN U....

Maybe City will have a hard time on Palace as well, lets hope so, Palace is having some good periods from time to time

My Spurs play the first game today and the weather is looking really good. No Kane as he got injured but our lovely and beautiful Son seems to like to score at our new stadium, so I hope we have a good game. We really need to build on the wins, if we can somehow gain momentum and knock out City next week, and then we can have a lot of lift for the Premier League game against City,,, it is a tough end of season but we can do it.

Only problem Spurs decided to save their main players for Champions League. That includes Son, Trippier and Toby (can't be bothered to spell his last name). But they are looking good anyway and should take 3 points. If it gets rough I am sure Son will play a part in the second half.

I've been saying the same thing.  Mike Ashley really needs to give a larger budget to spend on players that Benitez actually wants and needs.  They'd be way better than the Wolves ffs.

HT Spurs 2 0 Huddersfield Town. Huddersfield is the weakest team in the premier league and it seems that Tottenham will not encounter obstacles to collect 3 points from this game. They might rotate players in the second half for champions league preparation.

Son came on and immediately the game became so much better, plus his assist to Moura for his hattrick. I hope they can keep this fine, fine form all the way for the 2 games against City.

Good thing I didn't bet on Wolves today, they weren't the favourites but I was tempted at 3/1. Trailing by a goal with 25 mins to play. I don't see them doing more than drawing, but heh maybe they'll prove me wrong. Fulham up a goal, wonder if I should have picked them.

West Ham to win at 8/1 anybody?

@micgoosens I've not been a Hazard fanboy either for the longest time, I don't quite understand it either. How his performance seriously dipped the season after winning Player of the Year, under Mourinho, probably made up my mind. You can forgive someone for being off form, but not for giving up. I do agree they don't have the best players either, but it's also a problem of getting the best out of them - something Poch and Klopp give evidence of doing. And that makes them still a dangerous opponent. Plus the added pressure playing after City means it's going to be a hell of a match.

And hell yeah Palace aren't shit. I'm sure they'll want to fight to do the double over City. They have nothing to fight for anymore but will want to mathematically ensure survival.

@tokeweed. Yeah Rafa's an amazing tactical guy, and people need to remember Newcastle last season... and remember how they still could play well this season despite being frustrated by Ashley. After all these years, he's still finding ways to be a prick. Not even asking to shell out money like Fulham or Wolves. Just a couple of good names Rafa wants and needs.

No Kane ? No Trouble?? I wasn't expecting Tottenham to have won the game so easily, neither was I expecting such a number of goals from them without Kane. Lucas stepped up big time for the spurs, maybe he could step up yet again for them next wednesday against Man City for the UCL return fixture.

I had Tottenham on an under 3.5 bet which turned out to be loss.

Hey Manchester United won 2 -1 I won’t call it a splendid performance from Manchester United, but we got the three points we needed to hope for a top four finish. I feel West Ham had plenty of harsh decisions given against them first their goal gets disallowed, and then they were penalised by the referee who gave a penalty when it wasn’t actually a penalty. However the second penalty was spot on, and both times Pogba scored he’s definitely changed his run up while taking the penalty which is a good sign.

I watched Man Utd, I thought they were terrible. They got really lucky with some decisions, West Ham had some great chances & probably deserved a point at least. You don’t always get what you deserve though & Man Utd won’t care. They just need to keep winning to get top 4. As a Liverpool fan I usually hate Man Utd but they still have to play City at OT so this was a good result for LFC. I need a motivated Man Utd for that City match in a few weeks.

Both teams are able to win the match this week, so the race for the top 4 will be even more attractive until the end of the season. I am sure these two teams will not be willing to give one ticket to qualify for the champions league next season.

By the way, this everning we have seen any draw match. Except Everton all the other favorit won very easily (looking at the goals scored). I could not watch any match becuse of the busy shedule this evening.

Last time Manchester city lost was 8-9 games ago to Newcastle, maybe we should not be too hard on Leicester city because considering they are not on man city levels and even city won 8+ games after their Newcastle upset maybe its normal that Newcastle managed to beat Leicester as well.

Newcastle may not be the best team in the league, certainly not even high on the list but when they are playing their best game they are as good as any other team on the league, on their A game they can beat City (which they did) and they could go toe to toe with Liverpool too (even though they lost 4-0 to them).

Newcastle has some good players on their team and they can run all game, they are built like horses so even if they are not as talented as the other teams when faced if you are tired you gonna have 90 minute full running Newcastle versus talented but tired players.

I think it's going to be an easy for Man City, and Liverpool could drop some points. Chelsea played against Slavia Prague in the UEL and rested some of their key players probably for this game, while couldn't afford to rest their own top players who have been playing on a week in week out basis, So,fatigue could have it's own impact on their performance tomorrow.
