We're working on rating system for API like on other Exchanges, we will run it next week and notify clients in news. You'll be able to send about 5-10 simultaneous calls and then make a short brake (for example). There is a limit currently: 1 order per 2 seconds. We know that this was not a good idea.

hmm... although a rating system sounds professional, it only unneccessary complicates everything. So I personally don't like it...
