Is btc deposit and withdrawal fixed? "Dear clients, tomorrow (23/11/2017) BTC deposit/withdrawal will not be available for 2 hours due to moving of node to the new server."

You don't understand how internal process interact in Exchange. We don't manually process such transactions, while moving of ALL clients' funds have taken place automatically by one of our internal process. Successful crediting of your account depends on another internal service which can process only standard transactions.

Why you have sent a transaction from Bitstamp after that?

Hey, yeah, it was wholly my fault - yet, considering it could be solved, I hoped it would be. However, after another request sent to support, they said they will take care of it. It hasn't been solved yet, but it supposedly will be. Much appreciated, thanks. 

You have any idea when this will be solved? Just so I know, otherwise I keep looking at my Livecoin balance Smiley

Like the admin said above, resetting pin code for the first time is free. And my worries about paying 0.01 btc is solved. Now my pin code resetted and I have to wait for 10 days for withdraw unlocked because of this reset. No problem as long as my account and fund are safe. Thank you

Dear LiveCoin,

Yesterday (27Nov2017) I withdrew some coins from livecoin.net twice. The first withdrawal was just fine, the second one (10 minutes later) was "in execution" for hours.
I already opened a ticket and got a response stating that my issue has been assigned to technical support team.

How long does it usually take to solve this kind of problem?

Could you please help to solve my problem?  Thank you.

How many confirmations do you want for Minexcoin deposits? I'm waiting for more than 3 hours and it's still in incoming transactions. It got 70 confirmations already.

Replying my question. 30 confirmations is enough but it's still pending. 1 day passed.

Hey guys i sent a email from nifsaracrypt@gmail.com just stating i had got a new phone since the last broke and that i needed
the google authentication turned off so i can enable it again on my new phone. That was on the 2nd of december, I read over what you need
to do over in your support and realised i didn't mention the words you asked for so i wrote another email with the correct way you ask that was on the 3rd.
