Hello tech support.

I tried to deposit Eth into my livecoin Eth wallet before it was blacked out. The transaction came from a myetherwallet so it should be plain and simple. It's been 15 hours and still nothing. I sent a ticket after 3 hours and the wallet went offline and haven't gotten any response. Is there anyway I can receive these coins? Please respond.

Well they came online today, must of read at least some of the responses and just ignored them , good thing im on the 4th day of waiting for them to remove one simple thing and its cost me almost 4k :/

Did You lose Yours Google Authenticator key? If You havent, You can enable it on the second phone too, if yes thats bigger problem. In advance I can say even if they will enable a new code, You are not going to be able to make withdrawals for the next 10 days.

Very bad exchange. They cut 0.001 BTC fee for BTC withdraws but they sent big payment with all micro payments and cause delay. No confirmation since 24 hours. I don't recommend this site to anybody.

the issue was decided, the transaction was credited to the stock exchange, not passed, and 7 days, thank you

Your issue has been solved 4 days ago. Funds has been credited back to your account. You have awaited for 5 days long (without opening a ticket) on your own will only. You have had to open a ticket after a several hours, not a 5 days later.

They are sending withdraw requests with very low fee and send dozens of payments in same transaction. I'm glad I recover my Bitcoin after 3 days, I will never use Livecoin again.

Probably the need to put this into consideration and should consider putting a cancel button on withdrawals.

equally surprised with whats happening with livecoin and if I remember correctly isn't it that withdraws over 4500 are processed manually...but why are transaction lower than this amount affected indefinitely.
