I have such a question for the administrators of the LiveCoin exchange how can you delist Monero (XMR) without the right to withdraw a coin by users of the exchange? This means only one thing that all the Monero coins that users on the exchange have on the exchange wants to assign  on 30.08.2019, that is, this is a blatant assignment of funds from traders by the LiveCoin exchange. What is the fault of the Monero holders on your LiveCoin exchange that you take their legitimate money from them? If you had problems with hacking and with Monero developers in the summer of 2018, why should LiveCoin traders pay for this in August 2019? If you respect yourself as a  exchange and your users, then you should give the opportunity to withdraw Monero after delisting the coin, or is there a second option that is not to delist Monero but to continue trading on it as you did since the summer of 2018 and the third option to buy Monero from traders of your LiveCoin exchange at market value if you intend to delist a coin without the right to withdraw. Otherwise, it will be just a blatant robbery of LiveCoin exchange users, and in this case, we LiveCoin traders will draw up a group lawsuit for LiveCoin in court and SEC for the appropriation of funds of exchange users.

The exchange should not close the support of their listings so quickly, a good example for the proper doing business is bts-e with China coin which was in user balances even several years after the blockchain stopped. With this approach to delisting livecoin can lose all remaining users.

I just check site working OK for me and now I feeling not good so withdrawaing all my coins as its also going to be terrible as we have just few months back Cryptophia eat too many coins now I am not going to have chance as some big accusations already coming.

It's opening correctly for me too now. It was a bit long maintenance but after a few more hours it came back online.

This is really big problem for me as well but now I am using this just for exchange and not keeping my coins as its not good enough to do as already many accusations and we are on very high risk for losing our money.

Some exchange do have that kind of security feature on where if credentials/info being changed up there would be a temporary disabling on withdrawals.This doesnt signify scam directly yet
there would be a specific time for withdrawals to work again. Why not try to read up their FAQs in regards to that situation?

Yeah, it is a commonly known to experience for Livecoin, if you have to change the security options, the withdrawals are disabled for 24 hours. By the way, the whitelisted IP address is the only IP address that can be used for requesting the withdrawal. If you have activated it, just disable in case of having static IP address, after wait for 24 hours and request withdrawal.

Yes, "learn to read", I should return the compliment to them. My crypto in Ethereum was supposed to be freed on the 5th of December, but I have spent hours to get my Ethereum out without success, so instead, I swapped to BTC and I can't get them out either. They don't understand my problem and constantly ask me a screenshot but I am unable to put the screenshot to them.
So instead I did a copy/paste where it says "I have insufficient funds" when I want to withdraw and it shows: Bitcoin   0.04657398, but when I click "withdraw", another page pops up and it shows: Account balance: 0 BTC.
I just don't know what I should f°cking be doing to get my point across.
I believe that they are blocking me on purpose because I came to complain publicly on bitcointalk a few days ago.

I doubt they intervene in the automatic withdrawal transactions, especially for the amounts less than $20000 according to their TOS&wtihdarwal conditions. Just a quick question, do you have any open order on Livecoin? Insufficient funds error usually happens if the user has an open order in the withdraw requested pair. Close all open orders, trade your BTC for different altcoins with low withdrawal fee and try last time to request a withdrawal.  I don't have much money there but when I wrote my first ticket in their response they mentioned that I came to complain publicly.
I don't have any open orders there. I have already looked for other tokens I could buy but when that happened with Ethereum, then again with BTC, I fear it will be the same problem with any other coin as long as they don't aknowledge they have an issue with my account.
