Rangers are already eliminated from Europa League ! They lost against the 4th best Luxembourg team, which never won a single European match...
The team who finished 3rd in Scotland last year knocked out of Europe by Luxembourg's 4th best team. I can imagine how Celtic fans are happy now It's a big shame for Rangers. But Scotalnd league is weak in last few years, Celtic won league by 30 pts. I still remember when my country club FBK eliminated Scotland champions Rangers some years ago, it was similar sensation.

Yes, incredible defeat of Glasgow Rangers, although after the failure in 2012 is still being reconstructed. Glasgow Rangers is a historic team and deserves to return to higher levels.

The Uefa SuperCup will be on 8 August in Skopje between Real Madrid and Manchester United.
We will see which team, CR7 will play this trophy!
Interesting, Obviously this time Real Madrid is in the favor to win Uefa supercup. Ronaldo will be easier to win the ballon D'or, if you win this match. And this is one reason madrid to win . I just want to remind you that stronger point of RM team is the midfielder who is no longer an asset in the presence of Pogba and Harrera !! however the intelligence of jose morinho, the men that never lose a final, will be Decisive I have a feeling that Real Madrid is going to beat United like 4-0 or some other high score. Mourinho may be a good tactician, however his team is not ready yet to beat Real Madrid. He may be buying stars from all over the world but it doesn't mean the team is overally good. Real Madrid is now unstoppable and I think we are going to see a disaster for Manchester. In Europe League they've been struggling with Celta Vigo (13th in LaLiga) winning by only one goal and drawing with them, so what can happen when they face first LaLiga team. With the kind of players that Manchester United had last season, it was only the tactical genius of Mourinho that made us title contenders in the first place, our only position of weakness was the Striker position so if we get Moratta or a high profile striker we are going to very lethal, Real Madrid is not going to have it easy in the Supercup I guarantee you that. Most Manchester United fans are known to be braggarts and I know by the start of the season in August they will be talking big about Winning the treble even though there might be better teams. Give mourinho some breathing space and let him build you a good team and stop thinking trophies yet. Excuse me but most if not all sports teams aspire to do the impossible when the season starts anew and its the same for Manchester United, they want to win everything but as the season progresses they settle with whatever they can get and its the same everywhere. Mourinho is the wizard of the finals, Real Madrid is an almost invincible team. Unfortunately, the shape of the 2 teams will be decisive because it is played on 8 August. In my opinion, this trophy should be played in June, 1 week after the champion's final, so both teams would be at their best and the game would be more spectacular. I totally agree with you on that premise, playing the game early should be the icing on the cake for all European club competition, waiting that long to play after both teams have played their previous season will make the managers field their weakest team in the game. In this season, Celta Vigo beat RM, so the victory of the MU is not a big surprise, however, MU still remains MU, it is true that it takes two stars at least, but I think they're arriving especially with the great advancement with LUKAKU and surely James or Belotti !!

tthis now manchester united team not compatible if meet real madrid so madrid can win this match I agree, but I hope the game doesn't run that simple. I'm expecting a great match that will happen when I hear Manchester United vs Real Madrid. I agree with you, Manchester United have no strong squad last season, but I still want to manchester united to give great resistance, even better if it can win it

What do you mean by that manchester united has no strong squad last season? they won the europa league and you think that they are no better than the other team? You are wrong on this and there will be going to be exciting match , both zidane and mourinho want to win this trophy because they are going to showcase their skill as manager

Real madrid is a strong team because they have many talented player in their squad and manchester united has just built their team back after failed in some year since era sir alex end.

Watched almost the whole bulk of games for EL qualifications Thursday and some games Friday, The level of playing is far inferior to what you see in the real EL but it's still interesting to see teams trying their best to qualify. Dacia FC, my favorite local club did not make it through though...

Not only that but another team from Luxembourg who had never pass a qualifying round did the same in Europa League, Fola team it was exactly. It looks really strange that a team from Luxembourg to beat Rangers, so I honestly do not believe it, maybe Rangers are not that good on finances so they fixed the match, just saying and not accusing. Maybe you will not believe it, but it happens a lot in the qualifying rounds of Champions/Europa League. Anyway congrats to the teams who have passed this round.

Maybe Manchester United just lost Ibrahimovic only, but admit it, manchester united very dependent on Ibrahimovic. And until now, there has been no striker who entered as a new striker. The news that is warm is the move Lukaku, but the rumor is just a rumor, as long as it is not official it is nothing. And admittedly, when viewed from the performance in the League last season, Real Madrid is far greater than Manchester United.

Teams which lost in 1st qualification round will receive 200k € from UEFA, teams which passed this round will get 250k € for this win, and more in next rounds. Also, they will get additional money for sold TV broadcast rights, sold tickets and etc. It's not worth to fix games in UEFA competitions, especially for such club like Rangers. Teams or individual groups of players rather choose to fix games in national championships.

Offcourse it's possible, I remember few years ago I read about fixed games in UCL groupd stage. But it's rare thing, because it's huge risk to fix gamrs in UCL. Match fixing problem is more serious in less poupalr and prestigious competitions.

I beg to differ, it's rather the Uefa champions league and the other top competitions that are popular and have a lot of people betting on games; that's where the bookies are able to make huge sums of money so if anyone will attempt bribery in order to make money where do you think he'd do it? The popular games not unpopular leagues where no one will even bet on their games.

I believe it is the betting companies who rather try to influence football officials like the referee to fix matches so that they eventually dont pay any payouts for eventual winners who staked a large amount of money.

Also, they will get additional money for sold TV broadcast rights, sold tickets and etc. It's not worth to fix games in UEFA competitions, especially for such club like Rangers. Teams or individual groups of players rather choose to fix games in national championships.
champion league can give more money for every the participants that's why more teams has more concern to playing in this competitions and income from champion league can be additional income for small teams especially for those who able to reach group phase because every round the prize will more increase and increase But playing in champions league is also a huge cost for a small team. Their stadiums often don't meet requirements so they need to invest in improvements or pay for renting a better stadium, they need to pay the travel costs which for small team can take a huge toll on their budget and also all the licenses and stuff they need to pay for. I've read that playing in better leagues is so costly for a small team that they often don't want to do this so they give up their matches. It's been seen many times especially in second leagues that the team that has been winning for the whole season losses last matches so they don't promote to the higher league because they have no money to play there.
