Maybe those games weren't surprises, but the other game from United group was quite a surprise to me. Didn't really expect for Benfica to get such a heavy loss vs Basel. I mean they are the Portuguese Champions, and we saw Sporting doing a decent game vs Barcelona, and Porto owning Monaco in their own stadium. I think it's safe to say they are definitely passing some short at crisis at the moment.

I didn't watched Basel vs Benfica game, but I was really surprised when I saw result and odds before match.
Sporting played decent, but Barca today looked bad. They didn't had many moments. One of the reasons of it - midfielder Rakitic played very bad tonight.
I didn't expected that PSG will win so easily. But looks that after recent scandal between Cavani and Neymar, PSG rebuilded good team chemistry. It was nice to see how Mbappe, Cavani and Neymar sharing with ball.
Interesting moment that Bayern had 18 (!) corner attempts, but no real chances to score after corner.

group A: Manchester United will easily win the group.
humiliating defeat for Benfica (Basel 5-0) but still has chances to get to second place

Group B:  Psg will win the Group, Bayern second, Celtic will go to the Europa League

Group C: Chelsea winning in extremis, now has the group's victory in his hands. At. Madrid is favored on Rome for second place

Group D:Barcelona will win the group, Juventus second, third Sporting

Chelsea deserved to win and only. Atletico always focuses on tactics more than anything. Chelsea have won much in the Murata deal and the Real are suffering after the sale of the only outspoken strikers in the club Murata and Diaz. Atletico Madrid also deserved a draw.

I really don't know what's happening with Athletico Madrid at all, without a doubt this shows that the with the exception of Real Madrid and Barcelona, the rest can't do well in the Champions League at all, for the second time this week,  Liverpool are the only English team that has disappointed again with another draw,

Can't do well?  Atletico?  They've been going thru the KO stages every year, reaching the quarters or the semis for the last 4 or 5 years, I think.  That's far from bad for a smaller club when you compare it with the European juggernauts, like United or even Man City.

It's the English clubs that are the ones that struggle in the CL.

Well that was a total disaster for Bayern Munich, they should have had an other line up. The coach should have put in Arjen Robben and Ribery from minute 1, then they would atleast have scored one goal. It was very disappointing and I am happy I have not made a bet on them tonight.

No wonder with the victory of PSG, everyone has predicted. but I was quite surprised with the game of bayern munich, they are not able to make any one goal. I think bayern munich with Ancelotti does not match, at the beginning of the League even they can't dominate with good.

I still got a nice parlay on Spurs, Real and City winning quite comfortably as it turns out but I'm going not going to risk another one tonight. However, I still think it's a good bet on tonight's trio of Chelsea, Barca and Old Lady... and top off any parlay with Roma too. Can't see Qarabag winning or even drawing any of their games.

So it looks like the 4-match parlay above would have proven to be a very nice win, but all narrow ones. I am either not confident enough in my own assessments or I just keep getting luckier when I don't bet

I have three single bets and a small parlay for today(PSG, Anderlecht, Benfica). I'm skipping the other matchups I feel like they'll end on a draw or the odds are not worth. My reason for taking Anderlecht over Celtic is because they conceded less goals 3 to be exact on their previous match compared to Celtic's 5 against PSG.  Picking PSG to win is already self explanatory home advantage and Bayern haven't won yet on PSG's home turf. Benfica ML last pick they're slightly favored because of their better form than Basel that's also the reason why i'm taking them today. Single bets Parlay

It looks like we chose completely different match ups on last night's games! Always trying to learn from other players' picks. I felt PSG were worth the money too but thought wrongly that Bayern would end their PSG hoodoo finally. I also thought Basel would lose but then the result swings completely to the other direction

A victory 4-1 against CSKA Moscow does not make make manchester united the number one contender for the championes league. It's true that this season, manchester  look strong with large victories in the premier league, but, the champions league is different, they will face teams like Real Madrid, PSG, Chelsea, Atletico, Bayern and Barcelona. This year's champions league is so exiting.

the Conte side has played really fantastic football against Athletic Madrid, Chelsea has dominated over the match, their team combination was fantabulous. especially, Hazard and Morata have displayed outstanding performance. Hopefully, English football is on the right track. because both Manchester clubs have also taken a comfortable win. so if an English club will be the UCL champion then it will not a surprising package.

Lukaku is the perfect purchase so far. number 4 is such a favorite of Manchester united. the four last of the matches always scored four goals in every game, they are very fertile at this time.

What a match by PSG. They totally dominated Bayen Munich which is something only few teams can do it! I think tonight they presented themselves as a on of top three teams in europe now and propably the best. They sent a message that they are coming to get the champions league trophy with much confidence.

Great match by Kylian Mbape from PSG yesterday. He is doing everything on the field and he is only 18 YO.

Last night Manchester United really was amazing especially their new striker Romelu Lukaku. This player I think deserves to be the man of the match in the UCL game tonight. However, Manchester United's victory last night was also due to CSKA Moscow's back line played so badly that their goal is very easy to break the front line Man.United, will be different results if CSKA Moscow backline plays in a disciplined and compact.

this is really blue amazing when you have been experiencing a fantastic performance from your favourite players. excellent work has been done by Morata and Hazard. This pair of the star has shined on the yesterday night against Athletic Madrid. they have created a lot of chance and always keep the opposing defence busy in the D box.
