Gareth Bale just made it 2 - 0 for Real Madrid against Celta Vigo, and it means Zidane will starting off his second spell at Real with a win.
It was an easy match for him and it is normal to start with a win. I would expect a new attitude in the Real Madrid with more aggressive and attacking play from the first team, especially with the extremes running up and down the pitch. Still the 2-0 is a good start but I expect to see more scoring in the future with Zidane on the bench. |

First win for Real in the new Zidane era. Isco was back in the starting XI and scored. He didn't seem in the best shape though.
Marcelo and Navas also started, they might get another chance with Zidane.
Bale had a good game.

Hopefully, we see more positive results in the future, but I think it is still too late and they'll be ending the season trophyless. but they'll have more time to prepare for the upcoming season. |

I guess that's what Real needed, a little break from Zidane so that now he could come back and show that he I the best coach for Real Madrid. He knows all the players and knows how to create a team that have good chemistry and play well together just as it happened today,with Real leading the whole match. |

It may seem easy but just remeber the previous 2 coaches struggled. Real Madrid could easily lose or draw even suh matches. To me until Real Madrid buy more players like replacements to the aging golden generation of Marcelo, Modric, Toni, Benz and also patch up the void left by Ronaldo... there is still going to be a long bumpy road to success. |

Atletico Madrid lost to Athletic Bilbao at the San mames 2 - 0, and they are now 2 only points ahead of Real Madrid, A win for Barcelona against Real Betis tomorrow will extend the gap to 10 points, and it will be almost impossible to catch them then.
I watched this match and it looks that Atletico still haven't recovered after loss to Juventus - not phisically, but emotionally. Their performance was really bellow their level tonight. About Barca, match against Betis is one few most difficult remainig matches for Barca. After Atletico loss, nothing terrible won't happen if Barca will lose or play draw. But win and 10 point gap would make our situation very comfortable with just 10 games remaining. |

I think Atletico lost their hope for 1st place a long time ago and they know now it's too late to fight for it since Barcelona seems in a very good form which means they are not likely to make any major mistakes in the future matches. What's important for them now is to stay on the second place because Real could come back to its good form with Zidane coming back. |

Real Madrid appointed Zidane for a reason and he’s already started to deliver on it by restoring Isco, Bale, Marcelo and Navas to the starting lineup. I also feel he’s going to make Bale play all the matches, and then put him up for sale as a fitter Bale will command higher prices. Also last night Real Madrid played really well and Bale, and Isco goals meant Zidane had a positive start to his second home coming. |

Zidane returns to Madrid, late. he should have come during the winter transfer last January, and now it was too late. madrid has lost all chances of the trophy this season, maybe this is the worst since the last 5 years.

Zidane restarts with a happy note and so Real Madrid won against Celta Vigo by 2-0.It's really good to see Navas,Isco,Marcelo is back on the XI.I think these player played really well.Isco scored and also Bale scored the 2nd.Asensio played great I think.OTOH, Atletico madrid lose so RMA is just 2 points behind Atletico.Hopefully Real Madrid will retain the second position to play Spanish Super cup against Barcelona.

I believe Barca will field their best eleven today. They lost from Betis 4:3 in the first match this season on their own field. Not a chance, Atletico Madrid is no longer the same agressive and consistent team of 2 -3 years back. Griezmann is no longer as reliable as he used to be. |

Perfect game for Barca. Hattrick by Messi and priceless reaction by Betis fans - the applaud him after scoring hattrick. Beautiful moment. Suarez in great form also recently. Well, he wasted one chance to score when he was 1 on 1 vs goalkeeper, but despite that his performance was great tonight. Now Barca have 10 point lead against Atletico with just 10 matches remaining. I think it's safe to say that La Liga title are in hands of Barcelona. |
