Fiorentina hates Juventus.
They don't want to sell players to Juventus but a lot of them want to join Juventus and when players are closer to the end of their contract Fiorentina has no choice to sell players to Juventus.

Remember here in Italy we are supposed to be 10m Juventus fans which statistically means 1/6 of kids when they start to play before becoming pro they are Juventus fans.
