I would guess that losing would be more psychological problem then mathematical problem. They are still far ahead of everyone else that they could lose 2*-3 games and mathematically nothing would happen and they could still win the league.

However, losing does come with a problem on their minds, and that could cause them to not be great for the rest of the season. They may want to leave for a better club as well, that could be a trouble, if there is a big offer from a big club, they may not play greatly because they want to just leave for that club and force teams hand to make the sale. All in all, it is not about 3 points, it is about something much bigger than that.

Verona has really performed poorly this season as they only won one win and two draws and the rest ended in defeats. look at the standings table, it will take a pretty hard performance for Verona to get out of the relegation zone. before verona sat at the bottom of the standings there was ac monza who filled in first but slowly ac monza was able to rise from the several matches they managed to win. then verona can learn from ac monza even though it is very difficult but they have to do it in order to be able to maintain to stay in serie A. there are still many games to come for them to improve and I hope the verona management can overhaul their squad in this winter window.

verona is 8 adrift of spezia which is a safe point to remain in serie A next season. the distance of 8 points might be pursued by Verona if they are able to make big changes in the remaining matches this season. I think this is purely not the fault of the players or the coach, it's just that they have been really inconsistent since the start of the season.

8 points is a very big difference when we talk about the relegation zone. Indeed, currently Serie A still has a very sufficient number of matches for Verona to rise from their current position, but as you said changing coaches alone is not enough to make them boost their current position and get out of the relegation zone. I don't know if you know but Juventus is currently under investigation for false accounting and I think they have much more to think about in the championship.  Their board of directors dissolved a few days ago and now they are all under investigation.  This is again a nightmare for the fans that takes them back a few years when it was relegated to Serie B due to the Moggi case.  They risk relegation again.

He's having a bit of a problem in his leg but what's the problem right now is that he still wants to force the match against Brazil alone which of course if his condition gets worse this is a little troublesome for Napoli especially now that Kim Min Jae is one of their mainstays.
