To be honest, I expected Napoli to lose that match, Juventus have to do it and prove that they are better than Napoli. It's okay if Napoli loses because actually they will still lead the standings, but Juventus need a win to stay secure in their position. Didn't expect many goals, but 0-1 was enough to make 3 points for Juventus. I know the probability of Napoli winning is very high, but something different for the result I really wished for. Hope that's true.

Yes what you say is true, but anything can happen. Juventus has again an impressive number of injured people, in fact they are throwing themselves on the market to buy something.

This week is a comfortable one for Milan on paper because they have an away game against Lecce. This is one of the games that Milan don't have the luxury of losing points. They need to keep the point losses against smaller teams to minimum to be able to catch up with the leader and fight more seriously for the league title.

Lecce haven't been getting a loss in the league for many weeks though. But I think this is the end of this streak for them. Milan should be beating them easily. If Napoli - Juventus game ends in a draw it would be in favour of Milan as well.

I think both teams are good enough to predict either teams to win. Napoli are in fine form this season and will be looking to continue their run of form when they meet Juventus and Juventus on the other hand will want to get all three points from this game so I am expecting a strong and competitive game in this fixture and like you said Juventus will have to be at their best performance to get good results from this fixture.

You are right, some key players of Juventus are injured (Vlahovic, Cuadrado, Pogba, Bonucci, De Sciglio). It is great that Juventus can win in each match without them, the substitution players showed that they have good quality, too. However, it seems hard to play against Napoli with too many injured players. Napoli is the strongest team in Serie A this season, they also have no injured players. So, Napoli will play with their full team. If Juventus can't play with their most key players, I also doubt Juventus to get points. Well, as you said, it seems Napoli to get 3 points and they will maintain their position at the top table. Juventus needs a miracle to get a point in this match.

With the current form Juventus is having some edge, but Napoli is playing at home, and they never defeat against them at home in last four matches which is clearly giving indicator that Napoli can in this match against Juventus, but if we check their recent record then surely Juventus is also having good advantage with no lost in last seven matches and having clean sheets as well because now things looking improved, and they can shine more for the better result.

But against few top players from the Juventus are out of the playing list which make few thing's meme but hopefully without these key players they will fight against them and having better and improved performance.
