It is not a single case, they transfers a lot of players in Italy in this way is a common thing here,

A lot of teams does this and it is not a crime but again as always only Juventus is punished for NOT a crime like in 2006.

I never believed that Juventus will be able to win against Atalanta with a 2-1 victory after Atalanta pressured them in the early minutes by scoring an early goal. Juventus performance tonight got me wowed cos I wasn't expecting them to win the first half after the disgraceful loss to Napoli by 5 goals to 1.

certainly Juventus will not stand by and watch, they will take action to appeal this sentence which penalized them by 15 points! on the other hand, I remember that they have been appealing and counter-appealing about Calciopoli for at least 16 years without ever winning a single one. however the punishment apparently will not stop only at the 15 penalty points but there will be other penalties to come

During the process to date, I heard the case had been closed and stopped they were acquitted of the alleged capital gains case, but the FIGC prosecutor opened a new investigation based on the findings. Ultimately their current penalties are greater than the FIGC's demands for the team. In addition suspensions for bans on involvement in football management were also imposed on Paratici (2 years 6 months), Agnelli (2 years), Arrivabene (2 years), Cherubini (1 year 4 months), and Nedved (8 months).  Source

juventus is losing in this game, but honestly I preferred not to bet against juventus, even though I knew that their chances of winning were small, as a fan of juventus I feel very sad because I expected us to be in the champions league, but with the decision from the court we lost many points and became a team reduced to nothing mainly because Massimiliano Allegri's style of play we are simply lost

What an entertaining game between top two Italian sides after having early goal through Lookman at the end of first half Atlanta was struggling with score of 2 - 1 but after the start of second half they have again done good performance and score two quick goals which give them lead of 2 - 3 in this match, but Juventus is also in good shape and having good attack which is helping them for having positive result and Danilo scored third goal for the home side which again bring score at the level of 3 - 3 we have already six goals in this match and 20 minutes left which mean we can expect good entertainment and good end of this match which is important for the home side after deduction of the 15 points by the Italian league authorities for their criminal offense.

The match looks very tough, both of the teams are struggling to get full points in order not to be out of their current position and going to take other other clubs. But, this seems to be quite hard. They have good ball possession and each also strengthens their defense. So, they feel difficulties to attack against. I think that the final result will be still drawn if their match performance is still like this, very tough. Moreover, goal keeper of Atalanta is amazing enough y making many saves during this match whereas Juventus is trying hard to make good shots on target.

Atalanta have always played excellent football and it doesn't surprise me at all that at the moment it's a hard-fought match full of goals.  Juventus are playing a good game today but obviously the 15 penalty points also weigh heavily on the concentration of players who now have to do everything to climb among the top positions and aspire to at least the European League, let's see how they will react but at the moment a draw is not it's just the best.

exactly, the investigation started in May 2021 and was later closed, but in October 2022 it was reopened with a dossier of about 14,000 pages! but it doesn't only concern Juventus, but also Milan, Rome, Atalanta, Sassuolo, so much so that the second part of the investigation concerning these teams is awaited. a large tornado is unleashing on Serie A in my humble opinion

I don't know maybe the recent bad incident affected Juventus players mentally in a bad way. This might be the reason why they could have even lost the game in Turin. Atalanta got ahead two times in the game but still couldn't make it to the victory. This must be a good result for them anyway. They got one point in an away game against a tough team in the end.

But this is surely not acceptable for Juventus side. They should have been better at defending. Nothing has changed since their huge defeat by Napoli. Hopefully they fix their issues as soon as possible.

I thought that when Juventus went from 0-1 to 2-1 already in the first half they would win the game.I never expect Atalanta to come back and even going in advantage 2-3 while Juventus got to 3-3.I was watching the game as I was curious at how Atalanta who had scored a ton of goals in their last games would do here against a Juventus that before losing to Napoli had 5 wins and Atalanta didn't care much got and scored 3 goals in Torino.As I said I was watching the game and Juventus created more chances and honestly for me in my personal opinion they deserved to win.

I also don't think Napoli risks to be beaten by Roma at their home,just remember Napoli last game at home,a win 5-1 against Juventus a stronger team than Roma.

I have to say that Sampdoria had another bad season. It is hard to say that they have shown a good struggle for the last 2 seasons. I think relegation is more likely this year. A team that has collected 9 points in 19 weeks will face more difficult and stressful matches in the coming weeks. Therefore, the possibility of making mistakes will be even higher.
Roma will have a tough away game but I don't think they will lose.
Perhaps the most important match of the day will be between juventus and atalanta. Juventus have 15 points deleted and I see them dropping to 10th place, so they can't afford to lose any more games. If they want to go to the European Cups, they absolutely have to beat such an opponent.

Engaging in sharp or fraudulent practices in any form is very wrong and they deserve to face the penalty if they are guilty. If they are not, we expect them to be vindicated by their appeal and maybe they might get lesser or no punishment. But Juventus are not new to scandals, in 2006 they were relegated to Serie B because of the Calciopoli scandal. It was discovered that the club's managing director Luciano Maggi influenced referees and even had the power to select match officials. They were also stripped of the Seria A title of 2005 and  2006. Many top players left the club, while other like Buffon and Del Piero remained with the club in that difficult period and it just took them a year to return to the Seria A.

For now, every match is important to Juventus because they need those points for them to at least have a Europa League slot. They need a European competition because of the cost of running the team. Monza drew their last match against Sassuolo but the former played good football. Their shortcoming is that they usually create fewer goalscoring chances but they have a good midfield. Juventus must ensure the put aside their current challenges and focus on how to win more matches.
