The distance for Juventus to 4th place is 12 points and there is a whole crowd of clubs in front of it. They have no chance of getting into the Champions League next year. Now we will see an even more lively rivalry for the top 4 - due to the fall of Juventus, one of the big four slots has become vacant.

In my opinion, the top 6 is still quite difficult for Juventus this season, considering that Lazio, Atalanta and AS Roma have the same 34 points. Even if Juventus wanted to move up to a better position, it would only be in 7th place in the standings. Surely the mentality of the Juventus players will be destroyed this season, when talking about their recovery after this maybe only around 50% and that too is definitely inconsistent. When I first heard that 15 points would be deducted from Juventus' points due to previous transfer deals, I felt sorry for them. Moving from third place with 37 points to mid-table in 11th place is very disheartening after so much collective effort by the players to earn those points. Without a doubt, this will erode the players' morale and desire to play and win matches in the future. I hope they get through this phase with the team intact.

I think the hope for Juventus to compete for the top spot in Serie A this season has become a bit impossible. Napoli now has 50 points. while Juventus have lost 15 of their points due to the sanctions received by Juventus. (but still in the process of appeal / hopefully this sanction is canceled and Juventus get back their points.) for a while at this time Juventus now only has 22 points. the difference of 28 points with Napoli's position at the top is indeed very heavy. But if Juventus continues to win every game they have left this season then I think it is still possible for Juventus to be in the top 2-5. and of course this can happen if strong teams like Milan and Inter have to suffer several defeats. Beating ac milan twice , held as roma draw and now having fiorentina 0-1 in away game while previously losing to spezia and draw against the 16th position salernitana last week. They are eyeing the european competition , but as it stands .. 8 points away are a tough one to catch whether it's roma , atalanta or lazio at 4th, 5th and 6th.
