For me Lukaku is out of form currently. Vlahovic will leave o most for sure Juventus and it is just a matter of time. Lukaku played solid in Inter but far away from his best form and i dont see how he can help Juventus. But still if he leaves Inter they will need a striker badly. Its like there is a low number of strikers in Europe currently that are good

Without the Vlahovic deal, Lukaku isn't going to Inter. And if he isn't going to Inter it is going to be a very long unhappy season for him. I wouldn't expect his performance to improve.
On the other hand, I am hoping that Inter wants Lukaku as much as Lukaku wants them. If not then there will be no seriousness on the side of Inter to bid for Lukaku.

I actually think that there is no continuation of Romelu Lukaku's negotiations because Inter Milan are no longer expect too much from him. I didn't know that actually Inter Milan had submit a proposal more than once and it was reject by Chelsea. But that's not a big problem because now Inter Milan can try to find young and talented players to help them reach the top spot in Serie A.

Franck Kessie is quite experienced in Serie A, if an agreement is happen between Juventus and Barcelona then maybe the depth of the Juventus squad will be even good, moreover Lukaku is rumored to be tempted by Juventus offer. But as far as I know also that Lukaku does not want and or is not interested in playing at Juventus but yes, if Juventus offer Vlahovic to Chelsea to get Lukaku then maybe the transaction could happen. But indeed, I also don't know what if the player really doesn't want to join Juventus, but at the same time I personally believe Chelsea will agree to sign Vlahovic. Barcelona has good midfielders in the team right now. So I think they can afford to let him go on a loan. But Barcelona will have the best profit in selling players. Of course, if they can agree to a deal in which they do not have to pay any salary to the player, it is going to be profitable for them. But selling players is probably the best financial decision for Barcelona right now. But they have to remember, they should only sell players if they do not need him. They also have to think about the depth of the squad. Otherwise there will be in another problem where they will not be able to win matches.

I think Lukaku has issues at the moment because he is quite some disloyal lad; betrayed chelsea to go to Manchester united; then off to Inter milan where he flirted with Juventus; and now Inter are upset he spoke with Juventus their rival. Lukaku has been left by Inter milan in this recruitment. Whereas previously Inter milan was at the forefront of getting Lukaku back but inter milan rejected everything after knowing that something else was going on behind them where Lukaku established communication with Juventus. I think it's getting more and more difficult for Lukaku to find the right team for his next career.

From the Juventus side, it is likely that they will also fail to sign Lukaku if they do not find an agreement in selling Vlahovic to Psg. The risk can even go far when we know Lukaku is getting older and after getting older he will get injured more often and he will need more time to get recovered, while they pay too much money for hiring him but I think Lukaku doesn't worth this huge amount of money.
Inter Milan needs a player like Lukaku but still, they can find younger and better options instead of sticking to Lukaku.

If the amount Chelsea is asking for is very big and the player is not worth it, they could have backed out of the deal but they keep pushing and hope that Chelsea will reduce the said amount to a lesser one. This is football and there’s business in football. In as much as you want a player very desperately, you’ll be ready to pay extra fees than what he’s worth in order to have him by your side, I think that’s just the case here between Inter Milan and Chelsea about Lukaku.

I don't think there is anything for inter milan to fight for after they threw in the towel or withdrew for Lukaku. A strong reason for me why Inter Milan is doing this is because they have found the right replacement for Lukaku for next season. Marcus Thuram is much better than Lukaku if we compare their stats last season so that's what made Inter milan back off to get Lukaku.

So on the Ac milan side, they have now succeeded in recruiting Tijjani Reijnders from Az where he will soon complete his medical and join ac milan this season. I see Ac milan being quite active in this transfer window, Ac milan previously got Loftus-Cheek, Pulisic and several other players who were recruited on free transfers. Pioli really wants to rebuild AC Milan and I think he's got some of the players he wants.
