But 30 million for Lukaku at the age of 30 is not a low amount. Chelsea can ask that amount as they are not forced to sell him quickly and can be patiently waiting for Inter to make their move. If Inter can't get Lukaku, the issue of one striker that needs to be found would persist. I expect Inter to fulfill the requirements at some point, but it will probably be closer to 3= - 30 million than to 40 million as Chelsea would also want to remove Lukaku from their salary list for next season.

To me, the selling price of Lukaku to Inter Milan is a considerable amount, and I don't anticipate any team that wants a player so strongly and the player feels the same way to wait long on such a deal. I doubt Napoli will want to trade Victor Osimhen for less than his market value of around €120 million. However, if a team brings a €100 million deal for them, it would be highly encouraging and beneficial to the team. If they do not want to sell the player, they can enhance his welfare or sell him and utilise the profit to replace him with another good striker.

Nobody is going to buy Osimhen for anything higher than a hundred million, so if they keep him for an additional season and hopefully his value doesn't depreciate, he can be sold for 100 milli0n. That would be very good business for Napoli. The only risk they are facing now is that his value might drop next season, and this would only happen if Napoli don't perform well.

I would like Osimhen to spend one more season at Napoli. He's loved and respected there so if will be good to honor them with one more season since he's still young and enjoying his time at Napoli.

You can't match the level of clauses that teams want to sell their players at high prices.  even these two star players have different qualities in their performance statistics. Harry kane is certainly much better than Lukaku because Harry kane has shown his skills in the best league in the world. So there is nothing to compare the two.

For inter milan they really need Lukaku for next season, but with the club's finances not improving much I think it's quite natural for them to do so with the option to borrow and be supported by a purchase in a memorandum of understanding with Chelsea. Meaning that Inter Milan will buy Lukaku in installments until finally Lukaku officially becomes an Inter Milan player.

I think Chelsea set a selling price too high for Lukaku which in the end was very difficult for Inter to accept. It seems very unlikely that Juventus will recruit Lukaku, because I don't think Lukaku has ever asked to play at Juventus. Actually, Aurelio de Laurentiis seemed to say that after the end of the season, Viktor Osimhen verbally promised him that he would extend the contract and the only reason that this did not happen was the issue of raising the salary of a football player.
