Yeah, for now Inter Milan is better in all aspects and they are still the main candidates to win the title especially when Lautaro Martínez is still in the squad then Inter Milan can still be relied on, while other competitors are still trying to build their squads by bringing in several new players. For now AS Roma is still my concern they have spent 88 million to bring in 5 players this means that AS Roma has a target to take a place in the top 4 or even compete for the title.

No doubt about competitiveness of Inter Milan as a best candidate to win Scudetto but AS Roma are making big surprise with their latest activities on the transfer market. $88M spent in this summer that is a very big budget and with this number compares to what spent under Mourinho times previous years, is it fair on how Roma treat Mourinho and De Rossi as their head coaches?

Roma is really committing to strengthen their squad. They want to compete for a top spot to get a UCL spot. It surprises me how Roma spent a lot of money in the summer window. The good thing is that De Rossi has made some efficient transfer. This was not happening when Mou was there.
They were not spending money crazily, but bought the player that they need it. Good to see many efficient transfers initiated by Roma.

With Dovbyk, Soule and Le Fee, Roma will have three players with ages from 27, 21 and 24. Two last players are young and can contribute for Roma in many seasons if they prove their ability successfully. Dovbyk can be a good solution for a striker position next several years as he is only 27 years old now.

Dovbyk is promising enough; he has been having good results last season in La Liga, but let's give him some times. Im sure he needs to slowly adapt to Serie A, but it'll be amazing if he delivers in his first season at Roma.
And last, hopefully, he can be a good replacement for Lukaku.

What De Rossi is getting now has never been get by Mourinho before, even though Mourinho previously managed to win the conference league for the first time for Roma, he was still considered incompetent in coaching Roma, in fact he was fired when the league was still running for half a season, currently, De Rossi has full trust from Roma to continue building the squad he has by budgeting a lot of money to buy new players, but this is different from Mourinho, who at that time asked for a small budget from Roma, and he was only given the option to strengthen the squad with loan players and clearly that created a conflict between Mourinho and the owner of Roma who ultimately fired Mourinho as coach.

Compare results achieved by Mourinho and De Rossi, it's unfair to sack Mourinho and hired De Rossi then end the last season with worse result than with Mourinho in two season ago. In money spent for transfers, it's more unfair between Mourinho and De Rossi.

I really don't know what's happening in Roma recent months and why they decided to take risk and spend too much money for transfers like this. In the last months of past season, there was rumor that they considered to sell their captain player for finance improvement. De Rossi ability to build Roma squad last season was quite good, but we have to admit that the bigger role in forming the squad actually belonged to Mourinho, because after all, De Rossi only continued the work left by Mourinho with a complete squad, but to next  season we will see what happens what De Rossi can do with the Roma squad that he will 100% build..!

De Rossi did his job well but it's not true to say his coach results are better than what Mourinho did for Roma in two previous seasons. I think it is indeed unfair for Jose Mourinho for 3 seasons Jose Mourinho survived with the players he had and only relied on loan players without being given support from the club to buy the players he wanted while the club demanded the previous coach to be able to perform as well as possible, isn't this not commensurate with what Roma did?

This isn't something to be really worked up about, it's always a normal for people to quickly forget so soon how well one did performed immediately they are gone, Mourinho did stayed two seasons at Roma and ofcourse his first season was a beautiful one and the little challenges he had in the second turned out such that got him sacked and Rossi came in and did well but isn't enough ro be compared to Mourinho just yet, they haven't got equal stay time and just like rossi is doing, Mourinho did well too in his first season. Personally I wouldn't be seeing the reason for any of these comparisons, it may not be necessary. Let's allow the coaches perform at their capabilities.
