but the real proble of italy and already of italian serie, not is trainer but player, italy have  really urgence to refunded the young section of all team, 70 % of player are stranger.

There are alot of itallian youngster that play outside of italy and the reason for that would be that they are not given any chance, besides that the level for serie A compared to the other league is very concerning

Same happened with Hiddink. He used to be a very good coach. Really first class but now he is old and i think he has lost it.
It's said to see such a coach fall so hard. So it would be good to find an experienced coach but not too old...

It is much harder because you are bringing the name and prestige of your country. It is no longer about being paid by the club to coach a team but it is more about honor as well, you absolutely dont want to bring disgrace to your country, no one wants it and which is why being a national team country is a huge burden
