What is the problem with the age of a venture that has entered 68, he is a trainer and many coaches still active at that age. i think the problem is the venture have less experience.

Unless he is a very great coach then he wont bring italy to become the new champion for the next world cup. Coaching a country's football team is different than just coaching a football club, it takes time and by the next world cup he will be 70 and the next world cup after that he will be 74 and at such age , most people usually suffer from illness

More easy be a coach for national football team than he be a coach for football team club because he don't need more energy to working on it, we have not know much about ventura but imo italy have a reason, what a side they look in him to replace antonio conte as a manager.

i dont hink that ranieri will take this job in future  he is more for clubs not for national team but some coaches want to have everything from team to national

Ranieri now have the big opportunity to play in champions league in the next year with Leicster, but i think all italian trainer like work in national.
With the low quality of players in italy, ranieri can is a good choice for the future, i don't think Ventura work later world cup 2018

with the problem of Berlusconi, Ac Milan have really difficult, is the only team in italian serie a (with Crotone, but Crotone are in the first year) without trainer for the next season.

Juventus was the champion for last 5 years and before that AC Milan's 2011 championship after Inter's 5 year championship. Things are not going well for AC Milan after 2006 match-fixing crisis. Either they need to spend a lot of money to build a great team or they have to wait Juventus and Inter to fail at some point. I don't see them champion this season.

Yeah i think Montella is a good coach for ac milan, unfortunately as roma can't support him. as i remember as roma can compete in champion league under control him as manager.

Yes i think will affect for juventus if pogba and bonucci leave junvetus for the new club but i dont think juventus want to sell that two player because i hear juventus has rejected barcelona offer for dybala. it's crazy juventus not want get 100% profit by selling dybala.

Montella is good manager, i think can work good in Milan (but from long time) and if Berlusconi decide to sell Milan or continue but invest 100-150 milion of euro (sincerly, i don't think invest more money)
