Milan won against Bologna, first win for Gattuso as the new manager. It was a close match, as indicated by the result (2-1), I dare to say that a draw would've been just fine since Bologna put up a fight, but at the end, Giacomo Bonaventura (with a greater header) saved the day.

Finally, Gattuso gets his first win with AC Milan as manager. this victory proves that Gattuso is actually able to bring improvements to the performance of the AC Milan game in every game, and I am sure Gattuso will make this victory as a revival momentum from AC Milan to crawl to improve their position in the Serie A standings this season.

Udinese should be consider as the underdog for itallian league. They are very underrated at this point and inter milan is not really a beast anymore. They have lost thier motivation since few season ago. They are still good but not really the team that was once feared in italy anymore so it would be normal for that bet to win

Inter's first loss wasn't expected, not against a mid table team. So now in Europe, it is only the EPL and La Liga that still have unbeaten teams. And it was only 3 weeks ago when we had four leagues still with teams trying to go the entire season, but it's no surprise that by mid-season we already see losses. Man City look the likeliest to keep their run for a few more weeks, then again so did Inter until last night.

@SaShiRaJaVu: this is the lesson I've learnt with accumulators: never pad it up with a "sure bet" unless you're taking a parlay of many "sure bets". I've wasted great parlays in the past getting the "difficult" games right only to be let down by one surprise result which only offered a 1.2 or so padding.

Tonight, Juventus will win and climb to second place, two giants breating down Napoli's neck, but I'm still hoping for them!

Bologna is currently sitting in 11th place in SerieA so we can say that this match wouldn't add anything significant for them win or lose they will stay at the middle of the table unlike the visitors Juventus needs this win to keep the gap between them and Napoli to a single point. What is going on with Milan? It's getting really difficult to find the answer to this question. I don't know if it is the manager, or the players, or a bad planification before the start of the season (you bring a lot of players, but as the season goes on, you realize that team doesn't have any wingers other than Suso and Bonaventura....what?)
AC Milan is dropping points against teams that are fighting in the relegation zone (first Benevento, and now Hellas Verona), that's beyond alarming.

Anyway, Juventus can climb up to 2nd position if they get a win against Bologna today. it's not going to be an easy match for Juventus but they'll get the 3 points. I'm going with Under 2.5 Goals @ 1.74

I think Gattuso has a quality that is not less than the previous manager, but every manager must have different desires and strategies so that with AC Milan now Gattuso only continue AC Milan as it is. I hope AC Milan can defend Gattuso for next season so he can get the desired players to build AC Milan for the better.

In my opinion it is not the fault of the administration, but the guilt of the Italian team sport director Massimiliano Mirabelli and managing director Marco Fassone
If Milan wants to return he will get rid of Bonucci
All the other defenders are changing but Bonocci is keeping on playing although all the goals are due to his disastrous mistakes
I do not know how long patience on Bonucci's previous match in the cup covered his mistakes Monilivo and saved more than 3 goals

Ok, I have to disagree here. Before Montella was the AC Milan manager, he actually had a very succesful career as a manager in the Serie A (Roma, Fiorentina, Catania, Sampodoria). Next to Montella, Gattuso is a nobody, so he does have "less quality" as a manager than Vincenzo.

I've read some rumours about Gattuso, some people said that he will stay at AC Milan until the end of the season, meaning that the board of directors will start looking for a new manager before the start of the 18/19 season. But I wonder what would happen if he manages to get the team far in the Europa League? or what if the team gets a spot for an european champioship in the Serie A?... that could be crucial for him.

On another note, Atalanta 3 - 3 Lazio. I knew it was going to be a great match. Though, Atalanta should've won.
