The only real competitions lies between 3 - 6 positions and then the relegation battle.

The battle to get the last spots to european competitions always provide one hell of a show in this league. I remember last season where both Inter and Lazio had the same chance of qualifying to the Champions League, the last game of the season was between both teams and whoever won that match would automatically qualify to the CL, it was pretty much a "Serie A final" so to speak.

Sure, there isn't a title race, but right now, the gap between 3rd and 7th position in the league table is only 5 points, IMO that alone should give us a pretty good idea of how entertaining and competitive this league really is.

I'd have a loved to see AC Milan back in the Champions league next season but gradually they keep blowing their chances of securing a Champions league spot, Hopefully the addition of Piatek could help them secure one the remaining spots.

Just finished watching Parma vs Inter. Finally, after three consecutive games without a win in the league, the Nerazzurri grabbed the 3 points with a 0-1, still, the team showed a very poor performance, tick tock Spaletti.

Also, Roma and Lazio won their respective match, meaning that AC Milan dropped to 6th place, but a win against Cagliari tomorrow means top 4 again. Seriously, the fight for that last Champions League spot is getting really intense.

The only fixture I found so annoying today was Fiorentina vs Napoli which ended goalless, I had expected(and placed a bet on) Napoli to win the match or at least score a goal.

It is unfortunate that Napoli could not steal full points when they competed against Fiorentina last night, even though they had to work behind the points on the standings. In the meantime, Juventus tonight will play Sassuolo and maybe they will easily win the match to widen the distance of points with the teams that are chasing them at the top of Serie A.

Mourinho is being heavily linked with Inter in the last few days. It could be a very important addition to the team. Marotta - Mourinho combination could be a good trigger for good signings next season.

Khedira seems to be part of the first 11 that will start the match vs Sassuolo tonight. I don't know what you think but every time I see him on the pitch it's like Juventus has one player less than the other team.

Allegri mentioned that it is still situational depending on who will start together with him. He said that if Bernardeschi will start Khedira would be included in the starting lineup if not then he would definitely be included in the bench. Although Sami Khedira may look like he has passed his prime he is still good player in Serie A standards he might even be better compared to other starters in the league, and I think starting him over Rodrigo Bentancur or Emre Can is a good strategy as they need to rest their stars because they will be facing off Atletico Madrid in the coming days.

No change in the point table however any change was not going to make big difference though. Both team does not have much future in winning the league title.

He played great today even though he got subbed out around the 60th minute for Rodrigo Bentancur but he showed his value when pick off that shot from Ronaldo to score the only goal in the first half, sadly games like this one would be his typical appearance for the team he is not expected to play the whole game as he showed fatigue early on.

Piatek could be the piece AC Milan as been missing for a long while now... As well as the race for UCL spot still up for grabs in the league, If they can keep up with this form then most definitely they stand a chance of playing in the Champions league next season.

There are 17 more rounds left for the Serie A but everyone is pretty sure that Juventus is going to win the League title. 23 matches, 20 win and 3 draw. So far not lose LOL. This clears everything that they are far stronger then any other team in the league. No one is going to even challenge them

True, Juventus and everyone else knows that the other team in Serie A are too far weaker than them. Serie A matches are kind of practice match for them LOL. Tomorrow they are going to play with a team who won 7 and lost 5 matches out of 23. I do not see Juventus has any worries.

I am expecting a 2 - 0 win for Juventus.
