I was lucky not to place a bet on this match, from the start I had doubts that Napoli could easily face Inter at the San Siro. btw, it's good if Napoli loses against inter so they can strengthen their mentality even more for the matches that might happen in the future.

What led to the victory of inter Milan might be lack of confidence because inter Milan looks intimidating to Napoli or maybe Napoli lost quality in their performance,  I could see that during their friendly. The upcoming games of Napoli with  big teams will tell if they can win the league this season.  Napoli has done very well in Serie A and Champions league competition,  they still need to use same energy and winning mentality to win the rest of their match.

That's what made me doubt about Napoli. They don't seem to have the mental toughness to keep playing consistently with their form, and when they drop points it's very likely to expect them to lose more.

I'm still negative about Roma and will continue to be as well. Because as long as Mourinho continues to use the same old boring strategies there is no way this team are having a much better season than the last one. Currently it is like there is nothing changed for this team comparing to the previous season. They are still losing so many points and staying behind many big teams in the standings.

Obviously Roma need a substantial change in their game plan. They need to have a more attacking focused game rather than a cautious one.

I will not talk about Roma Serie A games before the break nor about their friendlies where they can test or play less seriously, but I will talk about their upcoming games in January, Roma will face Bologna, Milan, Fiorentina and Napoli. No one of these games should be underestimated. Milan and Napoli are the hardest one obviously but Fiorentina and Bologna are respectable teams that could surprise bigger ones.

AC Milan's performance is very good at the moment and the big motivation to reduce the points gap with Napoli at the top of the standings makes AC Milan very favorite in the match against AS Roma.
