Lukaku has brought intermilan tot he final of UCL while vlahovic still does nothing for juventus. Even thoug lukaku was still older compared with vlahovic but you must see that based on the performance from the player.
Allegri has been releasing a statement if he doesn't like with vlahovic's play style. that's why allegri wants change him with lukaku caused by lukaku's play style is much more acceptable for juventus rather than vlahovic.

I think that juventus wants chelsea to add more money to get vlahovic but this can be a difficult deal for chelsea caused by the club may not willing to add money to get him.

If you look at vlahovic seriousness it seems that Chelsea want to solve this problem as soon as possible because they want to bring in vlahovic and sell Lukaku in a deal that will be carried out by Chelsea with Juventus.
