Maybe Milan's  large-scale transfer activity was the trigger, coupled with Osimhen's achievements dominate Serie A, further complement the issue. But in the end, as you said, Milan is not the right team if Osimhen needs a much bigger team, and I believe Osimhen will still complete Rudi Garcia's main squad next season.

That's a pretty stupid rumor and if Victor Osimhen goes to AC Milan it's also quite strange and impossible because Napoli claims to set a high price for this player and I'm sure Milan doesn't have the ability to buy this player with a high value, don't mean to belittle but the team from Serie A are not those who buy players at high prices.
If Osimhen wants to move then it will be better for him not only to move to a different club but also to a different league, English premier league, Laliga or even the Bundesliga will make a difference to his career, because Napoli this season will be in doubt so that it will greatly affect his career later. Maybe Roma want to save money on spending on players in the summer and it seems like Mourinho is not too hasty to get the players he wants. @EarnOnVictor if Napoli can sell him to a Saudi club then they’ll get insane money from the sale which can then be reinvested and I’m sure that they’re considering this seriously because it’s not a guarantee that they’ll win the league title again this season. I also think about that when other teams in Serie A are active in the transfer market to get some talented players but Roma do not seem very active. from a financial point of view, it does not matter, but I don't know what Roma are planning this summer. it is impossible for the team to perform well without the presence of new players because sometimes the team needs talented young players to provide a new, stronger atmosphere in the line-up but it is also possible that if Roma are very confident in the current players they feel they are strong enough to compete in competitions other than Serie A .
