Juventus have been quite silent in the transfer window so far. I see only Weah as a new transfer. I think this isn't good at all for them. I don't believe their current squad is decent enough. There are still weaknesses to be strengthened. Especially central midfield position needs some transfers now.

Because Rabiot and Pogba are injured and their return date is unknown. I can't believe Pogba managed to get injured again in July somehow. He is useless for Juventus but they won't be able to sell him this summer probably either due to his injury. It is a nightmare for them.

Last season and this season things are not going well. Even Juventus must have other sanctions before the season starts. So Juventus with their current condition makes them not too ambitious in the transfer market. Even this club wants to release some of their core players. But apart from all that, Juventus' performance in pre-season is still good. I hope Juventus can still compete fiercely with the other top clubs in Serie A even though there hasn't been much change at this club this season and last season.

Last season was surely worst for them and now in this season we can expect some improvement because they are doing few positive changes which can bring good results, and now they are not having any UEFA event for this season mean they can improve their performance in Serie A which will help them in next season for the better European competition currently few players are leaving, and they are trying to have few new which are part of their strategy and surely with these changes and having better things for the future going to help their cause for doing good.

Right now, they are doing good in Pre-Season which is good signal for them because currently in Serie A we have some destruction in few clubs which can help them for having better spot and improved performance as well.

Surprisingly Juventus are not very aggressive in hunting for players in the transfer market this time, no one knows for sure whether it has something to do with the club's finances or the rules that limit Juventus. Napoli President is not worrying about anything right now because he understands all even Arab clubs are trying to steal this transfer but most chances at the age of 24 Osimhen will not do anything wrong with his career and he will stay here in Europe for few more season because this is important for his career which is bright after having amazing start in last season with the win of title with Napoli.

Keeping Victor Osimhen at the club beyond the end of summer transfer window is something I think will be more profitable for Napoli than selling him off this summer because of the fear that he might not deliver the kind of performance he produced last season.

Let's forget the amount Al-Hilal are trying to buy Osimhen, he is an exceptional player, very good and strong, he didn't go to Napoli because he was lucky, it was Napoli that needed him and he obey their call and he won what was impossible for more than 30 years, that's like a God sent and he still good when he played with a good squad, if they want to sell him, they have to inform him and agreement must be reached before sold off and no forcing of players to do something or doesn't want to do. I think that is a good decision taken by Napoli. I believe they should keep him on the team. Actually they must have to give him playtime as much as they can, they have to utilize him properly. By doing this maybe other players also will be interested to come to their club if they find the club is performing better. It is really interesting what napoli is doing, they are trying their best to keep their players and instead of selling them, they are trying to improve their quality. They are just not trying to sell the players and get the money. They are genuinely going for trophies. That's what I like to see from a club.  And as the defending champion of the serie-a they must be serious about league games. I am interested to see if they can do better in the Champions League this time.

Indeed it was a good decision, if to aim for the title, so Napoli must be able to maintain what they achieved last season. Although I doubt it, because Spalletti isn't at there anymore but at least they kept their key players, so the opportunity to get a title is still open for them Sir. If I draw conclusions from what you have said, Napoli is in a dilemma between rejecting offers that are coming or holding Osimhen to stay with them next season. Now, if Osimhen's performance drops drastically in the next season, of course, the price for Osimhen release in the winter transfer window will definitely decrease quite significantly when compared to the current price.

Apart from that, no other team is actively moving to get Osimhen in this transfer window because PSG has already brought in Goncalo Ramos so they don't need Osimhen anymore.
