Chelsea seem to have lowered their interest in bartering Lukaku with Vlahovic because it is felt that Juve are still asking a fairly high price. and if Juve don't lower their price I'm sure Lukaku will still be at Chelsea.
however Chelsea needed a striker, Lukaku was deemed unsuitable. and bringing in another striker in the current transfer market costs more money of course. I would love for Napoli to give an excellent performance once again this year. Players like Osimhen and Tie are still in the team. They sold Kim Min Jae to Bayern but I'm sure they will fill his place. If the centre-back does not have any problems, Napoli will continue to concede less goals. what you said is true because it seems there is no certainty where Lukaku should go because on the one hand there are other problems between Lukaku and juventus and Inter milan because of this problem so, it looks like Lukaku will have to stay at Chelsea for some time. even when he was at chelsea, Lukaku was not made a starter because from the news I read, Chelsea were disappointed with Lukaku when they were secretly negotiating with juventus, while Chelsea were negotiating with Inter milan who wanted to make Lukaku permanent at Inter. so,  Chelsea coach might only think of Lukaku as a reserve player.
and not sure if it going to be a bad season for Lukaku but we see once the summer match start whether Lukaku will have a good future or just be on the bench until the end of season.

Seriously, I also don't think that Napoli can win the Serie A league back-to-back. This season may not be like last season, when many strong teams in Serie A were not in good form. Next season, I expect them to be strong because, watching some of these teams preseason matches, I saw how strong they have built their teams. The protest by Juventus fans yesterday was one of the least expected of them to voice out their dissatisfaction of the club's decision to sign Romelu Lukaku and I don't expect the club to go ahead and sign a player that majority of the fans aren't happy with his presence.

Even though he was bought at a high price I think Napoli will still keep him, I also don't think that Osimhen wants to move to Al Hilal because he is too young to sacrifice his career in the Arab league for that I believe he will continue to play in the European leagues including at Napoli, at least he might want to achieve the best results like last season to get the title in the Italian league this season too.

I'm not a Napoli supporter who fully knows the overall development but I saw some news reports that he was injured more often, but maybe that's what makes the media that Napoli will lose out if they don't sell him to Al Hilal, while we know Osimhen is still too young to bury his career . Agree with you Lukaku is a very talented striker and to this day he can still be considered one of the most lethal attackers. Strikers are needed by Juventus, as a "wall" of runners, headers, duels. I think those who don't like it mean they don't want Juventus to win the title, Juventus fans have to see all this. As you also said the only good transfer is max. I think that napoli has no intention to let osimhen leaves from the club in summer. it's unlikely the offer from al hilal gonna be accepted by napoli. This is a very interesting thing caused by al hilal will try to put more offer for osimhen.
