When wins are won and titles can be won with success, all of that is the main factor is the player himself and the coach is an additional factor to help the club get what they want to achieve, like now Napoli is still a tough competitor in Serie A because Victor Osimhen is still at Napoli for contributed to defending the Scudetto title.

Romen currently needs to think about players who are better value for money. I don’t think Paredes actually falls into that category.
