As a player that just arrived few days to their Italian Serie A game against AC Milan, I never expected Romelu Lukaku to start that particular game and as expected he came from the bench but unfortunately for him, he didn't  didn't have a major impact as they lost the game at home to AC Milan.

I will not expect to see sanchez's debut with intermilan soon. He faces anaemia, and he needs to have done some treatments to recovering his condition. I think that anaemia was not affecting his condition a lot but his condition would not be 100%.
It's very disappointed to see one of good winger get unstable condition when he will be needed by the club. Simeone inzaghi can't wait to see him play in the field but his condition may prevent him to do his debut against acmilan.

The match against milan will become the most important match as acmilan was still leading the table. Inter placed at the second place after acmilan. Sanchez has ever faced the same problem when conte was still a coach.

@Slapper I quit agree with your opinion that Romelu Lukaku's performance over the recent years really depreciated and that I think is caused with aging factor as we all know he's more of a physical attacker than a tactical player.
Like you rightly suggested, I think he'll have a good spell at Roma under the guidance of Jose Mourinho who knows how to efficiently manage strikers of f Lukaku's age and style of football. In his second spell as a Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho brought back Didier Drogba back to the Stamford Bridge and brought out the best from the Ivorian as his contributions helped Chelsea win the 2015 English Premier League title. In my opinion, Roma should beat Empoli in a home game (0-5 and three defeats in the first three games lol) with or without Lukaku, but to my surprise, the bookmakers are quoting this match very carefully:

Indeed, this is risky if it relies on Lukaku but on the other hand at this time Roma also if they don't try then they won't know what the results will be.
I think this is still worth it for Roma to try with Lukaku up front paired with Belloti or maybe Lukaku could be 1 striker up front and behind him there are several players who can support it is also still possible.

Lukaku move was a success before AS Roma had their last match with Milan and I don't understand why they didn't fix him on the that match despite seeing how poor the team has been over some weeks now. To even say that Milan booked red card with 10 players against 11, they couldn't beat Milan, it was at the die minute they later score 1 which was less than what Milan scored(2 goals to 1). Mourinho has a lot of work to do because 3 matches, 1 even and 2 loss isn't going to take them anywhere.

AS Roma is lucky this season, they don't have much work load of matches like that, just like last season of 2 leagues, Seria A and Europa. They did well and reach the final for the Europa and took six place in domestic league, they should improve more than this with Lukaku presence.

In my opinion, i think Jose Mourinho is looking after the wrong garden and ignoring the main problem in the AS Roma team. With Rui Patricio at the helm for AS ROMA, They will never challenge for the Serie A title or any major honors; Mourinho needs to get a better goalkeeper then worry about getting lukaku firing.
